We liked the hotel staff. They were very helpful What I did not like was their advertisement that they had free internet. They did not. That was really a drag as we chose their hotel because we wanted to be able to stay online. |

Hotel staff were very helpful. We were impressed that a problem with the shower fitting was sorted out quickly. We would have liked a decent sized rubbish bin in the bedroom and an air freshener in the toilet. |

Very friendly staff. Location was very central. Parking is difficult in Annecy and the solution of the hotel is good but difficult to understand. I think they could do with handing out written instructions, especially on the use of the card in the machine to pay for overnight parking. |

E' sicuramente pulito e comodo al centro. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Noi ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene poichè abbiamo utilizzato la stanza proprio come base di appoggio per lavarci e dormire. Dopodichè eravamo sempre in giro a visitare il posto. Le camere sono essenziali, ma è la caratteristica di un due stelle quindi penso non si possa pretendere troppo!. L'unica cosa, avendo un bimbo piccolo, manca l'ascensore e le scale sono a chiocciola. Quindi è molto scomodo. Infatti lasciavamo il passeggino nell'atrio. Altro punto dolente: i parcheggi davvero troppo cari! (ma non dipende dall'Hotel) |

Chambre très confortable, petit budget, le personnel est top! Nous avons adoré notre petit week-end dans cette ville et l'hôtel est situé à 2 minutes à pieds de la gare donc pratique! Tout était très bien. Rien à redire. |

Nous sommes arrivés aux alentours de 12h et avons pu bénéficier d'une chambre bien avant l'heure d'arrivée.Le personnel de l'hotel a été très accueillant et chaleureux. Le cadre intérieur était très sympathique. Situation géographique excellente. Le parking gratuit la nuit s'avère être un parking payant sous terrain pour lequel la période de 19h à 8h le lendemain nous est offerte. La chambre n'est pas vraiment conforme aux photos. Le charme y est bien moins opérant. De plus, absence de volets, ce qui peut être génant pour certains. Chauffage beaucoup trop élevé |
