Location! Right outside the train station is a great joy for travelers with luggage. The owners and their staff are friendly, particularly the young house keeping lady. The hotel is aged, an dvery basic in terms of amenities and ambiance. A 1950s looking hotel which only scores due to its proximity to the Annecy train station. There is no elevator and the rooms start from the first floor (ground floor has a few shops).

No complaints. Great location stones throw from train/ bus station, helpful staff, neat clean rooms & good value for money. Stayed very briefly (one night), but good experience.

The hotel is in very nice and very well maintained. The people are friendly. The locations is just perfect. Also the breakfast is rich. I totally recommend it. The only thing missing is an elevator, and I think that is the reason why it is classified as a 2 stars hotel, otherwise it would deserve more.

Good and very staff very helpful, but expensive for what it offers. The restaurant is also good but very expensive for what it offers. A long walk from car park outside the walled town- should be clearly indicated. Bereakfast is good but poor value at 15 euro. Geneva Airport fight path may cause a noise problem to light sleepers, as did an early morning sewage pump out and bin collections!

The Hotel was a pleasant base for exploring Annecy, and is quite near the center of town. The room was modern, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The breakfast was simple and functional, but suited us well and there was plenty to eat. We had a nice stay and would gladly stay again!

Very charming and attentive owners, good service from all the staff. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast very good. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the shopping areas, lakeside and chateau.

Location was very nice, central but quiet. Clean rooms. No lift so you have to carry yourself anf luggage upstairs yourself, even the lobby is up one flight. Bed wasn't the most comfortable.

The hotel room was nicely designed; modern and chic country style. The breakfast nook was very pretty and homely and the design touches made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and most of them could speak English. They gave good directions when we asked for help and knew the town very well. The only drawback is that the hotel had no lift and we had to bring our luggage up the stairs.

Cheap public parking, if not particularly secure, Fairy tale like old town in very easy walking distance 2 mins. Good for shopping as well. Hotel is best described as an Ikea showroom, which is not a particularly bad thing. Good value for money and clean. Would stay there again. Wifi though free was very slow (not fast enough for google maps) and buggy with Chrome. Poor room view and coffee at breakfast stewed peculated type. Too much emphasis on not smoking in rooms made at check in, but helpful .

Staff was friendly, good with English language. Really did not spend much time in the hotel, just a place to sleep. My room was recently updated with new shower and towels. Very clean room, bed was fine. Nice corner room with a flat screen tv wall mounted. Would stay there again. Near train station and the town is awesome! Could stand a carpet update.
