Hotel staff were very helpful. We were impressed that a problem with the shower fitting was sorted out quickly. We would have liked a decent sized rubbish bin in the bedroom and an air freshener in the toilet. |

Very friendly staff. Location was very central. Parking is difficult in Annecy and the solution of the hotel is good but difficult to understand. I think they could do with handing out written instructions, especially on the use of the card in the machine to pay for overnight parking. |

Excellent location for sight seeing Annecy. Very friendly and charming staff. Only the street noise in the night - cleaners and cranes at 4 a.m. and onwards! Would request a room at the back of the hotel next time. |

Es ist angenehm, zentral im Ort mit guten Parkmöglichkiten in der Nähe und Parkgebühr über Nacht vom Hotel übernommen, hat sehr freundlichen Service, gutes Frühstück. Wenn das Gerüst am Haus weg ist, ist es noch netter. |
