A la hora del checkout el tipo no nos aceptó las tarjetas y su actitud era de que no le importaba nada. Nosotros habiamos usado las tarjetas el día anterior y habían pasad perfecto. Ya cuando el tipo vio que hablamos con nuestros padres y con las compañias de la las tarjetas milagrosamente paso una.

Cama pequeña e incómoda. Seguridad (salidas de socorro etc...)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice location.

The room was not good. Dirty walls, spiders at some spots, really old furniture, bathroom walls could be cleaner. The hotel needs a serious renovation.

Location was great, nice quiet street with a few nice small bars and restaurants.

The room was clean, but everything was worn and market from years of use and no redecoration

It's quite central, near Place de la Concorde.

The room was poor. Some lights are missing, TV didn't work properly, it was a room with 3 beds but only 2 pillows, a lot of old stuff, you can hear what is in other room.

Close to the center and convenient to get to the metro station

rooms and beds too small. Needs major overhall in deco and a new lift!! Did not like the area the hote is situated in- hence the sex shops all around.

Just the way I was treated by the hotel employees. Excellent people (open, helping and friendly), but very poor confort conditions.

The floor of the room is not flat, the bathroom door cannot be closed because the bilding is tilted and the walls are not vertical, the wall painting is dirty and cracked, the furniture is very used, the TV set is scrap and the room key is like a locker key from safety stand point. All of these must be improved if we want to talk about a three stars hotel!

The hotel staff was very helpful and I could always have hot water for making tea at night.

The heater in the bathroom did not work since 2007.

The location was aboslutely brilliant. And I loved the bathroom!

The pillows were very lumpy.
