Please write at least 15 words. The Classic I stayed in was clean and comfortable and slept very well. The entire Hotel is very well appointed. Room service was very limited and had to go out even though I was very tired. Breakfast selection could be improved. Saying that It was okay just for one morning. |

Excellent location, nice atomosphere, excellent breakfast. Hotel has a cosy atmosphere. The decoration was quite pleasant and classy. The room was cosy but small. Not enough place to hang clothes. |

Very friendly, impeccable service. We chose a Superior room (1st floor) which was very nice (comfort, bathroom, amenities, noise insulation). Standard rooms might be rather small? Haven't seen one, but judging by our room. Tasty, copious breakfast. |

I like the location the friendly staff the design of the rooms etc and the very good breakfast buffet. Yes last time I stayed at 3pm when I returned to my room I found it hadnot been serviced or the TV that did not work the previous evening had not been repaired or replaced,As I had left my room that morning at 10am and left the please service my room card I was not happy. |

Overall appearance, nicely decorated and clean. Helpful and courteous staff. Appreciated their good English. Good breakfast. Excellent location for shopping/sight seeing. Quiet room. Room was a bit small which made storing suitcases a problem. Would have liked CNN or similar to be available on TV. Bar was closed early evening, just when we would've liked a pre dinner drink. When we did stay later to have a drink before going out to eat, the order took ages to arrive and we then had to rush it as taxi had arrived. |

very friendly staff, nicely decorated lobby, well located close to shopping area and some of paris' highlights room was quite small and the bathroom was really to small, taps were leaking and no shower curtain to protect rest of the bathroom |

It was good time. Hotel staff is very sympathy. Most of rooms are excellent and comfortable, in spite of small size, it is enough for city hotel because more time spend in the city. Hotel has perfect location close to the center of Paris and General shops. As we stayed in several type of rooms in hotel Mathurin during our trip and were surprised that different rooms with different level of comfort have same price. |
