το πρωινό ήταν πολύ μέτριο, άρα θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία στο μπουφέ του, τα μπουρνούζια ήταν σκισμένα, άρα θα έπρεπε να τα αντικαταστήσουν με καινούρια,κ ανακάινιση στα εσωτερικά κουφώματα των δωματίων(η λάκα στις πόρτες είχε φθαρεί)

Breakfast is a bit hit and miss. The hot food is heated from underneath and therefore continues cooking rather than just staying warm therefore all overcooked. Food not replenished quickly enough. Tables too close together. Some rooms very, very small.

Nice hotel - stayed here many times before - room 19 is very small... but has a good shower... Breakfast Buffet is very good here

Small room..

The room was well maintainted and beautiful. The spa was nice. The staffs of the breakfast were really nice and kind. But the wireless internet didn't work in the room and there were no wired facility in the room. I told the reception staff the wireless internet didn't work. But they didn't do any action to my request. The staffs of the reception were not really good at all. My laundry didn't return. They didn't say any apology to me. What they said was "Maybe you forgot to put it in the bag". I can't beleive it. That' so sad thing. They don't have any hospitality spritis at all. For just one night stay, the hotel would be good. But I don't recommend this hotel if your purpose is business and you stay longer.

I was very dissapointed in my stay. This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at the hotel and decided to go again because I had a good experience the first time. I found the servicedesk slow and unfriendly. The credit card machine did not work and the attendant did not help maytters at all. I gave him 3 cards - all in perfect working order with large credt amounts available. He blamed my cards for not being in working order and threatened to cut them up!!! It was early in the morning and I needed to get to the airport. i told him that my partner would pay on her way out as he could not get the credit card machines to wok. He was rude and compeltely unhelpful. He eventually admited to my partner that it was the machine and processed manully.

I liked the location very much and the decoration and found the rooms very comfortable and very clean.The staff were very professional and helpful and very nice too. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well.

Excellent breakfast. Clean well presented rooms and communal areas. Escleent location for exploring Paris by foot / velib.

I know it's Paris, but the room was a little smaller than I was expecting and the view out over the rear quadrant was not particularly appealing. Net curtains remained drawn.

beautiful, luxury type hotel. good location, several good french restaurants around and an english pub next door!
