Great location. Clean rooms. Nice decor. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss. The hot food is heated from underneath and therefore continues cooking rather than just staying warm therefore all overcooked. Food not replenished quickly enough. Tables too close together. Some rooms very, very small. |

This is a superb hotel in an excellent location in Paris close to a few Metros or within walking distance of many areas and with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants etc. all around. The hotel is very stylish without being pretentious. We stayed in an executive room which was very comfortable and quite spacious because of the separate sitting room area. The extra touches in the room such as an Ipod dock on each of the TV's, Bose stereo, L'Occitaine toiletries, Expresso maker, robes etc all made our stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary quite special. The breakfast selection could have been slightly better, if you were paying the 24 euro normal rate. We had breakfast included in our room rate which was good value. The selection that was available was lovely and it was replenished right up to the last minute. |

The room was well maintainted and beautiful. The spa was nice. The staffs of the breakfast were really nice and kind. But the wireless internet didn't work in the room and there were no wired facility in the room. I told the reception staff the wireless internet didn't work. But they didn't do any action to my request. The staffs of the reception were not really good at all. My laundry didn't return. They didn't say any apology to me. What they said was "Maybe you forgot to put it in the bag". I can't beleive it. That' so sad thing. They don't have any hospitality spritis at all. For just one night stay, the hotel would be good. But I don't recommend this hotel if your purpose is business and you stay longer. |

New and confortable hotel. Le Mathurin is well located near the Madeleine and the Opera. The room was clean and well decorated. Some problem with the Internet (WiFi) services. |

location I was very dissapointed in my stay. This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at the hotel and decided to go again because I had a good experience the first time. I found the servicedesk slow and unfriendly. The credit card machine did not work and the attendant did not help maytters at all. I gave him 3 cards - all in perfect working order with large credt amounts available. He blamed my cards for not being in working order and threatened to cut them up!!! It was early in the morning and I needed to get to the airport. i told him that my partner would pay on her way out as he could not get the credit card machines to wok. He was rude and compeltely unhelpful. He eventually admited to my partner that it was the machine and processed manully. |

Well managed hotel. Comfortable accommodation. Excellent shower. Very convenient to central Paris and the metro Breakfast was always the same. Often there were empty platters which I had to prompt the staff to replenish. More variety on the buffet would be good. Hotel room was very small barely accommodating the bed. |

Excellent location for shopping, great hotel atmosphere, hotel design and attention to detail (excellent touch with the coffee machine in the room, L'occitaine products), excellent service. Would definitely return when in Paris. Even though the room was small, it didn't feel like it because of the room design and attention to details - the art nouveau design was great. |

Excellent breakfast. Clean well presented rooms and communal areas. Escleent location for exploring Paris by foot / velib. I know it's Paris, but the room was a little smaller than I was expecting and the view out over the rear quadrant was not particularly appealing. Net curtains remained drawn. |

Quite location I arrived at 7 am and my junior suite Reflets was not occupied the night before as I saw in the Internet that it was available for booking. However, the staff did not allow me into the room untill 14:00. This is not the right approach for a **** hotel and need to be chnaged. |
