It was good time. Hotel staff is very sympathy. Most of rooms are excellent and comfortable, in spite of small size, it is enough for city hotel because more time spend in the city. Hotel has perfect location close to the center of Paris and General shops. As we stayed in several type of rooms in hotel Mathurin during our trip and were surprised that different rooms with different level of comfort have same price. |

Comfortable, clean and well located. Fine for leisure but could not stay for business because of lack of English-speaking TV news channels. |

The hotel's ambience is first class. It is stylish, quiet and very well maintained. The staff are excellent and there are good restaurants in the area. The breakfast is good but required frequent replenishments from the kitchen: we were there for a long weekend, which may have accounted for the staff having to work like demons just to catch up on the customers' demands. The bar prices are on the high side - but the service and decor have to be paid for. |

The hotel staff were excellent. Great location for shopping and sights. The art deco feel to the hotel is class. The SPA was not operational during our stay. It would of been great to use. |

The room is not typical for Paris - it was large. However, this was a superior room - don't know about the standard ones. |

Great location. Clean rooms. Nice decor. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss. The hot food is heated from underneath and therefore continues cooking rather than just staying warm therefore all overcooked. Food not replenished quickly enough. Tables too close together. Some rooms very, very small. |

This is a superb hotel in an excellent location in Paris close to a few Metros or within walking distance of many areas and with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants etc. all around. The hotel is very stylish without being pretentious. We stayed in an executive room which was very comfortable and quite spacious because of the separate sitting room area. The extra touches in the room such as an Ipod dock on each of the TV's, Bose stereo, L'Occitaine toiletries, Expresso maker, robes etc all made our stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary quite special. The breakfast selection could have been slightly better, if you were paying the 24 euro normal rate. We had breakfast included in our room rate which was good value. The selection that was available was lovely and it was replenished right up to the last minute. |

The room was well maintainted and beautiful. The spa was nice. The staffs of the breakfast were really nice and kind. But the wireless internet didn't work in the room and there were no wired facility in the room. I told the reception staff the wireless internet didn't work. But they didn't do any action to my request. The staffs of the reception were not really good at all. My laundry didn't return. They didn't say any apology to me. What they said was "Maybe you forgot to put it in the bag". I can't beleive it. That' so sad thing. They don't have any hospitality spritis at all. For just one night stay, the hotel would be good. But I don't recommend this hotel if your purpose is business and you stay longer. |

location I was very dissapointed in my stay. This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at the hotel and decided to go again because I had a good experience the first time. I found the servicedesk slow and unfriendly. The credit card machine did not work and the attendant did not help maytters at all. I gave him 3 cards - all in perfect working order with large credt amounts available. He blamed my cards for not being in working order and threatened to cut them up!!! It was early in the morning and I needed to get to the airport. i told him that my partner would pay on her way out as he could not get the credit card machines to wok. He was rude and compeltely unhelpful. He eventually admited to my partner that it was the machine and processed manully. |

Well managed hotel. Comfortable accommodation. Excellent shower. Very convenient to central Paris and the metro Breakfast was always the same. Often there were empty platters which I had to prompt the staff to replenish. More variety on the buffet would be good. Hotel room was very small barely accommodating the bed. |
