Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä aamiainen. Hotellin spa ei ollut toiminnassa. Huoneemme espressokeitin ja lamppu olivat rikki. Lamppua ei saatu korjattua/vaihdettua koko vkln aikana. Suihkusta tuli vain polttavan kuumaa vettä. |

Hotellilla rauhallinen sijainti lähellä Pariisin nähtävyyksiä. Hotellihuone (superior) oli siisti ja hienosti sisustettu. Hotellin aamiainen oli erinomainen.Erittäin yställinen henkilökunta. |

Parveke olisi ollut kiva. Huoneet aika pieniä kahdelle hengelle. Aamutoimintoja piti hieman aikatauluttaa, jotta ei tapahtunut törmäyksiä. |

Hotellin palvelu erinomaista. Aamiainen Pariisin hotelliksi erinomainen, sillä kahvi oli kuin kotona laitettua. Jos menette Pariisiin suosittelemme lämpimästi hotellia matkaajille, hyvä sijainti ja rauhallisen kadun varrella. |

Huone oli laitettu toivomuksiemme mukaan, erilliset vuoteet, lisätyynyt ja ylin kerros. Palvelu hotellissa oli erinomainen ja ystävällinen. |

Kaikkialla näkyi pienissäkin valinnoissa pyrkimys hyvään tasoon yli standardin. Sijanti oli erinomainen. Hotellin johtaja näkyi usein paikalla. Tämä oli tärkeää ja rauhoittavaa etenkin silloin kun hotelliin tuli palohälytys (joka osoittautui aiheettomaksi). |

Great location. Clean rooms. Nice decor. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss. The hot food is heated from underneath and therefore continues cooking rather than just staying warm therefore all overcooked. Food not replenished quickly enough. Tables too close together. Some rooms very, very small. |

This is a superb hotel in an excellent location in Paris close to a few Metros or within walking distance of many areas and with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants etc. all around. The hotel is very stylish without being pretentious. We stayed in an executive room which was very comfortable and quite spacious because of the separate sitting room area. The extra touches in the room such as an Ipod dock on each of the TV's, Bose stereo, L'Occitaine toiletries, Expresso maker, robes etc all made our stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary quite special. The breakfast selection could have been slightly better, if you were paying the 24 euro normal rate. We had breakfast included in our room rate which was good value. The selection that was available was lovely and it was replenished right up to the last minute. |

The room was well maintainted and beautiful. The spa was nice. The staffs of the breakfast were really nice and kind. But the wireless internet didn't work in the room and there were no wired facility in the room. I told the reception staff the wireless internet didn't work. But they didn't do any action to my request. The staffs of the reception were not really good at all. My laundry didn't return. They didn't say any apology to me. What they said was "Maybe you forgot to put it in the bag". I can't beleive it. That' so sad thing. They don't have any hospitality spritis at all. For just one night stay, the hotel would be good. But I don't recommend this hotel if your purpose is business and you stay longer. |
