Le Mathurin

Hotellet var ryddig og pent. Alltid noen i resepsjon, hilste vennlig når vi gikk og kom. Servicen var veldig bra og rask

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Mathurin. The staff were wonderful, the room was beautiful and new, and very clean. The hotel had great sitting areas with a bar and breakfast area which we used daily. We would definitely consider Le Mathurin on our next visit to Paris!

The cleaners cleaned our room while the do not disturb sign was up, and came in every afternoon while we weren't there to drop off a weather report for the next day (which was actually really great) but they did it regardless of whether we had the sign up or not. We soon learnt not to leave anything out even if the do not disturb sign was up.

its cosy side and the location

the room was really small, you could hardly manage with luggage. I was not asked how I wanted to pay, they just charged the credit card I had to give when I made the check in but as I shared the room I would have appreciated to be able to decide by myself.

we realised this time during our stay that the breakfast though good was a little less lavish than seen last time,also for facilities like browsing the internet and taking printouts the hotel has put a charge unlike many other 4 star hotels we have stayed in which i feel given the category of the hotel should be made complimentary.

I was happily surprised with the hotsl. the rooms are decorated with taste though a bit small but comfortable. Location very centralized. The staff are very responsive and helpful.

The internet connection was a bit slow.

Great location. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. Close to metro and bus stops. Brightly lit, safe and if you want a quiet room do ask for a room facing the courtyard.

I like everything except maybe something minor like the carpet should not be black in colour,

i did not like the attitude of the employes .did not like the breakfast. the spa was closed all my stay.bad air condition

Deluxe room was a very large size for Paris and we enjoyed spending time in the room as the layout of the furniture was very comfortable. Interior design was very nice. The spa was also very nice, especially the Hamman bath.

There was a lot of noise from the street as our room was on the first floor facing rue Mathurins. The air conditioning worked poorly so the room did not cool properly. (It was abnormally warm in Paris during our stay; 28-35 C at peak so most of the time this would not create an issue). The shower did leak which other hotel guests have already mentioned in prior reviews.

- The hotel location was Not located on Champs Elysées, Paris as mentioned in booking.com and it was far away from it. - The hotel doesn’t have internet connection or the internet doesn’t work but it was mentioned in booking.com that the internet is working. - The hotel doesn’t deserving 4 stars rate. - The hotel room was very small. - The air conditioning was not work properly.

The hotel was in a good location, quiet, nicely decorated. The room was very nice, especially the bathroom. We thought the weather forcasts for the next day were a nice touch! Hotel staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.
