Podobał mi sie najbardziej spokój panujący w tym hotelu.W Pokoju był expres do kawy. Byłem w tym hotelu 4 raz. Za każdym razem recepcjonista ma wielki problem z wystawieniem faktury. Biedaczek ma tylko 3 linijki do wpisania danych firmy. Najchętniej wpisałby w tym mijscu tylko mazwisko. A jak mu wytłumaczyłem że można to sie obraził I był tak naburmuszony jak tylko Francuz potrafi. |

Bardzo miła obsługa. Dobre jedzenie. Bardzo cichy pokój - brak jakichkolwiek odgłosów z sąsiednich pokoi. Mieliśmy pokój Delux - podejrzewam, że jest większy od standardowego więc nie doskwierał nam brak miejsca opisywany przez innych Gości. |

Very cosy and comfortable. Good breakfast. Good location.Original decoration. We were surprised of room service: one of the chambermaid regulary forgot to put the bath accessories and water. She looked really unfriendly to us. |

Great location. Clean rooms. Nice decor. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss. The hot food is heated from underneath and therefore continues cooking rather than just staying warm therefore all overcooked. Food not replenished quickly enough. Tables too close together. Some rooms very, very small. |

This is a superb hotel in an excellent location in Paris close to a few Metros or within walking distance of many areas and with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants etc. all around. The hotel is very stylish without being pretentious. We stayed in an executive room which was very comfortable and quite spacious because of the separate sitting room area. The extra touches in the room such as an Ipod dock on each of the TV's, Bose stereo, L'Occitaine toiletries, Expresso maker, robes etc all made our stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary quite special. The breakfast selection could have been slightly better, if you were paying the 24 euro normal rate. We had breakfast included in our room rate which was good value. The selection that was available was lovely and it was replenished right up to the last minute. |

The room was well maintainted and beautiful. The spa was nice. The staffs of the breakfast were really nice and kind. But the wireless internet didn't work in the room and there were no wired facility in the room. I told the reception staff the wireless internet didn't work. But they didn't do any action to my request. The staffs of the reception were not really good at all. My laundry didn't return. They didn't say any apology to me. What they said was "Maybe you forgot to put it in the bag". I can't beleive it. That' so sad thing. They don't have any hospitality spritis at all. For just one night stay, the hotel would be good. But I don't recommend this hotel if your purpose is business and you stay longer. |

New and confortable hotel. Le Mathurin is well located near the Madeleine and the Opera. The room was clean and well decorated. Some problem with the Internet (WiFi) services. |
