The service was very friendly and helpful. Its absolutely worth a stay and if i'm in nimes again that's where i'm going to stay!!

Perfect base for exploring Nimes and surrounding areas. Comfortable and spacious room. Good continental breakfast.

English speaking hosts/owners Andrew and Karen was a real bonus..nothing was too much trouble... great location.. Nimes was one of the most loveliest places we stayed in.. Handy to attractions and great dining was to be found within minutes of the hotel..

It was a very nice room at a good price. Spacious, even the bathroom was good sized. Comfortable, very clean and a nice little balcony. Fresh crisp linen and towels. Very strong wifi signal. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Excellent location near historical area and good restaurants and even a laundromat only a block away.

Difficult to find any fault, except I could only find one outlet to charge my appliances and it is connected to the light switch that operates the lamp. I had to unscrew the bulb from the lamp to darken the room so I could charge my phone while I slept.

The room was quite run down and did not leave the impression of "cosyness" as claimed by the hotel. And it was not clean either.

Great location within easy walking distance of Nimes attractions. Right across the street from a fabulous restaurant La Pallette du Gourmand. Very welcoming staff. Large comfortable room and bath.

There should be a "history" section above. That was our main reason for trip to Nimes. The hotel was comfortable, great location and helpful staff. Breakfast was good

friendly helpful staff, large bedroom and fairly good breakfast, convenient location to station and center of Nimes, reasonably priced.

It is only ten minutes walk from train station and same to the Arena and central part of the town. Good restaurants nearby, groceries and fruit shops on the corner as well as a laundry. The room we had allocated , after move from first due power failure, was good size double bed with balcony over the street. No view to speak of. It had a lift which was a bonus as on third floor. The bathroom was well fitted out and good size however was shower in bathtub. The room has small unstocked fridge.It has a more than adequate breakfast room ( not used by ourselves) and very pleasant and helpful owners , who are English. After hours entry was by keypad and the wifi was free and quick.

Insufficient lighting in rooms and insufficient power points for recharging. Wardrobe space was minimal but adequate for a short stay. The blanket appeared to be single bed on a double bed...too small. The rooms we saw and stayed in are showing signs of wear and tear.

Parking was available for a fee.

It was in an excellent position just a few minutes walk from the railway station. The hotel's booklet was exceptionally helpful in indicating nearby restaurants, shops, bars etc to suit varying needs. The beautifully landscaped town centre with its well preserved Colosseum is also only a couple of hundred metres away. The room and facilities were of a very good standard and we were really impressed with the value for money. The owner/managers were very helpful and pleasant. We were only stopping for a night as we were travelling across the south of France but we wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we were in the area again.

this hotel was a gem. It's funky decorations in the theme of bull fighting were filled with character. It was a massive room (actually 2 rooms) plus two balconies overlooking the city, a fridge, close walk to train station, arena, restaurants and old town. Was disappointed we couldn't stay longer as there is much to see in Nimes. We made the mistake of leaving our day trip to the Pont du guard by bus until the Sunday when there was only two buses for the day, so we had the choice of staying for 45mins at the aquaduct or having the entire day. It was worth the trip to see the amazing structure. We were totally satisfied with every aspect of the hotel and the helpful staff who spoke very good English.

The hotel was in an excellent location which enabled us to see Nimes very easily. having somewhere we could leave our car was a place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine. It had everything we needed.

comfortable bed, pleasant clean bed and bathroom, friendly and helpful owners, close to attractions of Nimes. Shops for basic food and restaurants nearby. Hotel car park 30 metres down road and able to accommodate small to medium size cars comfortably.

Hotel is well located, close to train station and old town. Rooms are of a good size and comfortable. Cleanliness at a very high level. Staff exceptional and go out of there way to provide information regarding the city.

The owners/staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. The hotel could use some real updates on the decor and beds.

The location was excellent, we could walk to the old part of town with all the monuments. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.

It's great value for the money. The hotel is a little worn here and there. But the bed was comfortable and clean.
