I attempted to make a complaint on the first night but was shrugged off by one of the receptionists, the following morning I decided I wanted to cancel my stay, but this time found the woman on reception to be really helpful, me and my girlfriend chose this hotel due to the indoor swiming pool and spa, when we realised the huge cost to access the facilities and the remote location we decided to cancel our second night. The staff were really helpful when cancelling the second night and didnt charge us the cancelation fee. They offered to help us find a more suitable hotel and printed off the local bus times Hidden costs such as 20 euros each per a day just to use the pool, spa facilities are quite expensive, hard to access for none drivers with only an iregular bus service available, you have to catch two buses from the nearest trainstation/town (st nazair). Due to the long waiting time inbetween bus journeys me and my girlfriend ended up catching a taxi which cost more than the saving we were making on the hotel room

room & bed very comfy Hotel had many empty rooms as we stayed on a monday night in November, it would have been nice to have been offered a room with a sea view rather than the car park.

Staff generally good. Not overpriced in bar and restaurant. Food first class. Position marvellous. Lack of ameneties. No tea and coffee making facilities. No fridge. The advertised pool and spa were not open. Not enough car park when conferences on and people coming to the Casino. More though should be given to guests parking.

Le calme, la bonne insonorisation. Le fait qu'il n'est indiqué nulle part que le spa (et donc la piscine) est interdit aux moins de 16 ans. Gros problème quand on vient avec un enfant, qu'il fait froid dehors...pas grand chose à faire.

l'aimabilite du personnel. la vue sur la mer le spa froid car il y avait eu maintenance peu de temps avant. J'avais pourtant envoyé un message pour confirmer la possibilite de l'utiliser dans de bonnes conditions. aucune reponse ne m'a ete faite sur ce point precis et pour cause. Aucun geste commercial ne m'a ete proposé malgre ma reclamation immediate, nous avons payé 20 euro/personne pour une heure seulement de spa, la piscine etant trop froide pour en profiter!!!

Le décor agréable et luxueux, la baignoire dans la chambre sympa, la chambre est assez grande avec tout ce qu'il faut. Pouvoir allez au casino sans avoir à sortir c'est top! La vue sur les pins qui était en fait une vue sur le parking ... Nous pensions que l'accès à la "piscine" était compris dans le prix de la chambre et au final 20€ supplémentaire par personne c'est beaucoup pour aller patauger!
