We found the hotel staff to be extremely accomodating. We arrived on the day of an excellent fireworks display and although we had not booked for the evening and the restaurant was extremely busy we were given a table overlooking the display, which was quite spectacular. It is fair to say that some work is in progress at the hotel, however it was well managed and did not intrude on enjoyment. We are very much looking forward to our next visit. we are just hoping they are able to offer something for new Years Eve.

Quiet sea front but untouristy location. Lovely big, clean beach. Reception staff very good and friendly/helpful. Bar staff slow and almost disinterested. Smoking corner for staff on route from car park to hotel reception not pleasant and gave bad impression.

The hotel was lovely and staff really helpful. Considering cost I would have expected some sort of beverage making facilities and fridge in room. I have been to hotels not as costly who do provide this facility.

Decent rooms - if a little on the small side Clean and tidy Good location for the beach Separate toilet and wash basins in rooms - unhygenic Noisy when musical "entertainment" in progress on ground floor - sound travels Breakfast ridiculously expensive at Euro 12 !? Dinner menu limited and expensive Car park often full with people who were not casino customers or hotel guests

it is unbeliveble that your organisation this hotel recogmand. It's hardly to find by car; diner takes place very nosy due to congress meetings and last but not least the area surround the hotel is not very nice.

L'hôtel est très agréable le restaurant de bonne qualité nous avons passé un très bon séjour Je trouve que la tenu des employés est de très mauvais gout avec un polo rouge avec inscrit au dos " puis je vous aidez " ou quelque chose qui ressemble à ça on dirait le personnel de Carrefour ce n'est pas à la hôtel de ce standing D'autre part le personnel fait très bien son travail mais très froid il faudrait leurs apprendre le sourire et leur apprendre à communiquer un peu avec le client.

en WE hôtel calme..mais gros travaux "coté mer" en semaine !! petit déjeuner sympa et agréable.....proximité de l'immense plage; bien insonorisé car nous avions dans l'hôtel 1 mariage et pas un bruit !!! parking voitures squatté par les joueurs du casino!! attention l'hôtel peut être bruyant en semaine car il y a de gros travaux juste sous les fenêtres "coté mer"

Accueil de qualité, restaurant à l'intérieur de l'hotel (attention: En basse saison, peu de restaurants ouverts à proximité à pied). Vue sur mer. Proximité de la plage, et Casino dans l'hotel pour ceux qui aiment. Moi, j'y suis habitué, et le conseil vivement. Pas grand chose, si ce n'est que le rdc de l'hotel est en travaux, ce qui est dommage, car pas de vue sur mer en mangeant.

Le personnel est souriant et attentif. Pas de sas de separation entre la chambre et le couloir, mais l'hotel était très calme. Petit-déjeuner cher et mediocre.
