staff very friendly and helpful, great location, rooms good
the breakfast could have been better for the price.
For the price this is a hidden gem. Basic, clean and friendly. Staff we're lovely.
Nothing in particular
Although I requested a silent room, I was put on the same floor as a couple with 2 VERY loud children who continued to wake me up.
Staff was very friendly, wi-fi was ok. Location is near to most attractive places.
Very small room and bathroom, it was uncomfortable. We didn't find a soap in our bathroom. Under bed was old stuff. It wasn't clean enough.
Location comfort of bed
rundown staircase no mirror in the room except for bathroom. tiny elevator
There was one staff member that was really nice.
There was hair and crumbs under the sheet on my bed
Clean, upgraded, warm in the winter, good shower, fast wifi
could hear next door room noise, but only a bit
I have a good sleep in this hotel, nice bed. And also prefer the good location, it's really convenient.
The bathroom needs to be dry easier. The toilet paper always get wet after shower~
The hotel is in an excellent location near the metro station, clean rooms, friendly staff, good wifi connection :)
Bathroom smelled weird very weird
Good area, safe, close to metro, lots of cafes, restaurants. Clean, comfortable beds, very friendly helpful, staff. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water.
Smallish bathroom, but that's europe. Could be noisy at times.
Wifi signal weak within the room...
location staff cleaness
the elevator very small The 6th floor not comfortable at all the closet is tinny alcohol in fridges. They have consider the kids' presence and Muslims.
I loved the staff. They made all the difference to my stay.
My transfer to airport was a bit of a problem
Clean and cozy
Extremely small bathroom
Cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and the Metro station are all with-in reach. Small room but typical of Paris budget hotels. Nice lobby and well secured rooms.
The elevator is so tiny that it can only fit one person when going up with luggages.
Elena was brilliant and really helpful! Thank you. Vitaliy.
1)some of the stuff were rather polite 2)the location was good ,
1) torn bed sheet 2)we were given a two single beds joined together instead of a double one , destroyed all the romance of the journey's first night , eventually changed the room after we complained 3)changed two rooms and both had a blocked sink that i had to stick my finger into it so the water would go through 4) first room was stinking of cigarette smoke 5) was asked to pay city tax twice even though we paid it at check in 6) we were asked to keep our baggages in the hall behind the reception after we checked out instead of in the baggage room 7) the toilet was leaking water with feces on the floor every time it was flashed
Nice and friendly hotel. Good location. Clean. The friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist Elena - very attentive, professional, and very beautiful. She is "the face" of the hotel, very important part of it and we understood that she really loves her job.
Good decor, friendly helpful staff, nice clean room
Shower could not be used in the holder.
Good location, close to Metro, with lots of good resturants around it
Room is too small
Staff we're very friendly and so helpful. Close to metro and bus stop. Several good small restaurants close by. We loved this hotel and the area , would definitely stay there again.
Room was clean
The room was directly and immediately behind reception on the ground floor with an enormous window to the pavement and road outside. Constant noise from reception, outside and the plumbing from the rooms above. The wall between the room and the reception was paper thin and so I could hear the receptionist move in their squeaky chair all the time, not to mention the noise from the bin lorry at 5am. The curtains were useless and not fitted correctly including the shower curtain. The shower rail came off the wall. The fridge door came off the fridge. The lighting was poor. I was never asked about my stay upon checking out. No sleep. I have slept better on an airport floor, for free!
Great location. The mattress was comfortable. Some of the staff were competent.
We received a call at 3 AM from the night staff, about some random info concerning our scheduled taxi. That was completely unacceptable. Very noisy inside and outside the building. Bathtub was filling up with water because it was plugged up. Partly functioning fan that we needed to cover the noise from the talking neighbor in the middle of the night. Poor pillow quality for a 3 star hotel.
