Good position. Agreeable staff. Pleasant rooms. There was constant faucet noise in our room. Our room may have been near the main boiler as it kept us up awake quite a while! |

Decor, cleanliness and breakfast was very good, had alot of choices and different choices. Not sure why ranked at 2 star. Was much nicer than a 3 star we stayed at in Brussels booked thru a tourist agency. Am considering listing this hotel in books that we have purchased. Parking was tight but Owner came out when we arrived late and got our van in his parking lot himself. |

Both the husband and wife that run the hotel were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was very good value for money, only Eur8 and a good buffet selection. |

The hotel is elegant and intimate, with a beautiful garden. We like the room, clean and friendly, even if almost summary decorated. It's very close to the train station Because the hotel is near a noisy street, we have to close the window during the night. |

We were late and arrived to the hotel after closing time. However the hotel provided information so that we could get access to our room anyway. That's very good service. Parking was possible very close to the hotel. The hotel has a good location, close to the city center of Tours. The hotel is very cosy, with its entrance from the courtyard. Maybe a bit rough neighborhood at night. |

The hotel was clean, comfotable and had an air of quiet efficiency. The staff were polite an helpful, it was also situated in part of the city that made Tours easily accessible on foot. It was also a very pleasant old building which added to the charm of our stay in Tours. |

Pleasant and accommodating staff. Nice comfortable room. Good location. I chose the hotel based on rate, location and reputation - not only one factor. Spots on carpet should be cleaned. |

Excellent hotel staff services and very nice place! the localization is also perfect for accessing the most important sites of Tours. Maybe just put some curtains in the bath tub so the water won't spread out. |

The Central-location of the hotel, the hospitality of the staff and the breakfast were good. The Heating system needs to work better in these very cold days! |

Decent, clean hotel. Nice breakfast Nothing particularly special about it. There is a prostitute on the hotel's street corner every night. |
