Comfy beds, clean rooms and nice shower.
Wifi was poor and the cost of the breakfast was quite high considering how disappointing the offering was.
Location is quite convenient.
Staff not helpful or friendly. The room was very small.
Location - within walking distance of Montmarte and fairly close to the Champs Elysees. In fact we only used the Metro (only a short distance away) to go to the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame.
- Even though the room was tiny, it was very cozy - Location is great- close to 2 subway stations - Area provides sufficient choice for dining - Close to supermarkets
- The lady at reception didn't speak English and was not friendly at all times - There was no luggage storage room for early arrivals - we were offered to leave our luggage right at reception without any insurance that it will be safe there - Breakfast is definitely not worth it - it consists of coffee, a croissant, and 1/4 of a baguette (nothing offered to put on the baguette) - Bathroom was tiny
Location and price
Mattress was a bit uncomfortable
Staff not very welcoming/helpful.
Free wifi, modern room and bathroom, great location. Near a safe metro station and walking distance to Haussmann (20 mins leisurely)
Nothing, it was great for anyone wishing to have a good place to stay in a good location to help you access all of Paris
Location is so often the key feature if any hotel in Patis and this one has it. Place de Clichey and Mont Matre very close by. Try the restaurant across the road it's great. The breakfast if good to, try the fruit salad !
Pokey room size, adequate for one night but you can get better for the same money
Price Location Supermarket near by
Wifi only works in lobby and room facing the street, but it did not work on room at the back of building facing the garden Did not like the breakfast. Lady at reception was not very friendly
Well located nice little hotel with friendly staff, close to all kinds of restaurants, bakery, grocery store & metro stations (Rome & Place de Clichy). It's walking distance from Sacre Coeur (25 minutes) & Moulin Rouge (10 minutes). Our room was 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard so any traffic noise didn't effect our sleep. The room was cleaned every day, quite small but good if you are out the whole day and want to just sleep in the night. There was a wifi, TV, telephone & hairdryer in the room. If you don't fancy breakfast, you may have a cup of coffee at the reception for 1,50. We stayed for 6 nights in july 2014.
Good location to catch the metro for the centre, friendly young boy among the receptionists
They asked to pay for leaving our luggage there (even if we had been there 3 nights, maybe they could avoid... but maybe it happened since different people work at the reception and the boss was not there). Moreover we found the luggage just behind the counter where everybody could walk
Situated in a great area of Paris this hotel is perfect, the rooms were clean and functional. No issues it was all OK.
It is a very old building and has very weird floor plans. The first room they gave us has a shower booth with a broken door, so I couldn't close it. The second room they gave me has only one queen size bed, although I reserved a room with two twin sized bed. The worse thing was they even refuse to provide us one more comforter. The manager charged me 10 more Euros just by mistakes. Although I consider her age, such a mistake shouldn't happen. The location was not so good either. I thought it is closely located to a metro station, but it is not.
We have stayed in Hotel du Mont Dore for 4 nights. The personel was nice and polite. We had a room on the 4th floor. It was small but comfortable. The room itself and the bathroom were very clean. Overall, we liked the hotel and its localization a lot.
Our room had only one free socket, and there were no glasses or cups available (we had plastic cups, though).
If you ask for a smoking room you will get the best room!!!
That there was someone on reception 24/7 and all of them could speak English.
The location was great very close to Metro, train station, restaurants and shops but also quiet off the main road. The bed was comfortable and the place is clean. The staff was friendly and helped us giving us excellent information when the train strike occurred. I highly recommend it.
The staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all when asked for help. I had booked a shuttle to take me to the airport to leave the hotel at 3 am but when it didn't turn up I asked if I could make a phone call to find out where it was and was told that the phone call would be too expensive, even though it was toll free number, and that I couldn't make the call. When I asked how much it would cost and just got a shrug of the shoulders and ignored even though I was offering to pay for the call. When we asked to have something printed and were old 15 cents but when we got it printed we were told it was 50 cents. They also ended up charged us twice for the stay. It says that wifi is available in all area of the hotel but it would only work in the reception area, also it says that there is 24 hour front desk services but when I tried sitting in the reception area at 1 am to use the internet I was told reception was closed and I was told I had to return to my room. The bathroom sink plug got stuck in the sink but was not fixed just pulled out so it wasn't stuck and just left, we were in the top floor and to access our room, with suitcases, it was near impossible as the lift door opened on front of our door so it made it extremely difficult and frustrating trying to manoeuvre bags to get into and out of the room in such a tight space. Staircase to ground floor was extremely narrow and dark, it was extremely dangerous walking down at go night as you could not see 2 feet in front of you. I would not stay here again and I would never recommend anyone else to stay here.
Clean towels every day. Strong WiFi. 200m from Metropolitan. Quiet location.
Breakfast ends 9:30. Poorly painted room. Too much noise from coridor - closing doors, walking people.
Located about 10 mins from Place de Clichy station, this hotel was perfect for a short stay. The room was quite small in typical Paris style, but it was functional and comfortable with 2 large suitcases to store. The bathroom was split with the toilet on one side and the shower and basin on the other, and although very small it again was functional and clean. This small hotel is within 1 to 5 min walk to many local resturants with a great brasserie just across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again. Great location and reasonably priced.
good location，nice staffs
wifi doesn't worked very well, it quite slow
Great location (2min walk from metro station) in a quiet area. Very friendly staff. Room was conformable and clean. Will come back for sure.
everthing was excellent.
the rooms don't have the fridge and either no coffee maker which we needed, because we bought fruits and water which we wanted to keep them cold. the corridor from the lift to the rooms was very narrow, not suitable for fat persons or the ones with big baggage.it was hard to pass even 2 persons from each other, but our room was comfortable and large enough for 2-3 person!
Location was quite good, very close to Pigale and not far from Louvre etc. The room was clean
Staff wasn't welcome at all. They didn't care about their guests, rooms are very small. No iron for whole hotel!
Nice little hotel near the metro station and Monmartre quartier. Polite staff, very clean rooms, fresh towels,... every day:). Cheap and cosy hotel for several days to stay in.
Breakfasts too simple, bad coffee. I will recommend to take them outside, thankfully there are shops and a lot of cafe around.
