this is a budget hotel, but defintely the better side of budget and being in Paris is as good as i've stayed at even when ive paid a bit extra
It was decently clean. Location was OK, although the nearest Metro station was not a very central line. Plenty of towels.
Not uncommon for Paris hotels, but it wasn't at all sound proof. Other guests' conversation could be easily heard in the hallway. We did not see the same person in the reception for the 3 nights we stayed there. Not really a complaint, but it was a strange feeling to see someone different every time we walked in and out of the hotel.
Amar and staff were fantastic! Good location and nice clean facilities. Made our first trip to Paris even better.
Snuggled nicely onto a quiet street, this hotel is also seconds away from a Metro stop. Charming, clean room, and nice amenities! The staff was kind to me (I only have limited French language knowledge), and everyone was able and willing to communicate with me in English. Nice price, and well worth a return visit!
I had some difficulties with the wifi, but it sorted out to be my phone's issue, and the staff was very helpful with my questions.
Cooperative staff. Great location. Quiet. Clean.
Wifi was spotty and often disconnected.
This hotel in located in perfect place very close everywhere. Metro station just across the street. Room was small but enough for two people. Very clean and renovated bathroom. I can just recommend!
Lack of tea and coffee making facility
pas grand chose
l'acceuil en général; I received my wi-fi code only at the second day of my stay
Locality, cleanliness and friendly staff.
That the coffee and a croissant cost 12 Euro. I was grabbing them " on the run" early morning.
The female staff during the day at the reception is impatient and rude making the guest feel not welcome at all. The room smells strangely.
The location of the hotel was ideal - 30 second walk from the Metro, 2 minute walk from a bar with great food and cheap drinks. The room was extremely comfortable for a central Paris 3-star hotel and it had a great atmosphere. I will definitely be returning there again!
Needed to be close to the Musee des Arts et Metiers. Extremely convenient for this. Some nice coffee shops in the very close vicinity. It isn't next door to the the Seine/ Notre Dame, but only a 15 minute walk or so.
As mention, good location for Musee and not bad for Notre Dame. It is a long walk to the Eiffel Tower, etc. But Cabs are very reasonable.
The location was great, the staff very kind.
The rooms are old, too old for the price. Not vintage, just old. For the money I payed I expected something more. The streets are quite noisy at night. Internet works for only one device per room.
Very clean, excellent decor, quaint breakfast area, very friendly and helpful staff, couldn't do enough for you, excellent location
Lift only to 5 of 6 floors but not a real issue, hand held shower compensated by large spa
everything is just all right.
If the hotel could provide how to get to the hotel by metro from Chatelet beforehand, I would like to say everything is perfect.
Staff was very helpful and friendly Room was very quiet and clean
that I only had one night to stay there.
Good location and subway access. Great shower
Elevator broken and room on 5 th floor. AC not working
The staff were very helpful with directions!
Breakfast wasn't included for us and it was expensive, although it was a good breakfast in a cute space.
The location, close to the subway,is just perfect. The rooms are clean and the hotel is nice and quiet.
Maybe the lady at the reception could be a bit more friendly.
The hotel was conveniently located across the street from a metro stop, was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The restroom was roomy (for a Paris hotel), clean and modern. A great value for the price. The front desk was helpful and friendly.
The Wi-Fi was limited to one user per room at a time, sufficient response time but inconvenient to take turns connecting. The elevator is very small, limited to one person and one bag at a time, but at least they have an elevator, and with our room on the fifth floor we were glad for that. There was not much room for luggage and belongings.
Good location close to subway. I expected a tiny room but was surprised how big it was. Room was clean. Would stay there again.
Breakfast was average, however was during their "summer" menu so maybe better at other times
Comfortable bed and location of Hotel.
WiFi a bit hit and miss
The Portugese guy at the reception was really helpful and made our staying somehow pleasant.
Small room, wifi only works for one device the same time and very buggy. The older lady at the reception was helpful but not very friendly
Very nice staff and room, even ac. Comfortable beds
Wi-Fi system sucks, good speed but have to logg in with username and pw every time you use the computer/phone->15 times per day. Only one user at the time per room. Oldfashion
