Elysees Niel Hotel  

The front desk manager Jerome was very helpful in helping us rent a car. The day we were suppose to check out my daughter was ill and the hotel was booked and he made arrangements for us to stay that one extra day, it was a God sent! The restaurant across the street was excellent and if you did not want a big meal they had Pizza to go. The coffee machine near the lobby made great cappucino and you were able to buy soda or water or wine out of the vending machine. I would highly recommend it! There also were grocery stores a couple doors away.

The room and the hotel was really nice and clean. The staff at the reception was always really friendly and helpful. We would return for other holidays.

The only negative point is the staff during the breakfast service. Not friendly at all and they made us to wait ages to have the table clean of the rubbish of the previous hotel's guests.

I requested a double bed in my booking and I was checked into a room with 2 single beds. When speaking to the receptionist about the matter, he did not seem to know what he was doing. Eventually I checked in to the room next door with a double bed, having been told that I would need to relocate in the morning as that room wasn't available for the following day. I'd packed all my things up in preparation to moving to another room only to find out that the room I stayed in was fine for me to stay in for another 3 nights that I reserved for - complete waste of time! Worst thing was that whilst I stayed in this hotel, my entire stay was uncomfortable due to developing a skin rash all over my body. This was probably due to dust mites as the hotel was completely floored with carpet.

Great small hotel - situated 10mins walk from Arc De Triomphe - clean & quiet

Hotel was well situated next to the avenue des Ternes and the Congress Center (about 10 minutes walk to the Palais des Congrès) Room Charge was fair considering it's Paris. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Worn rooms, old furniture, Cleanliness could be better but was fair enough for a 3 starred Paris Hotel. Breakfast choice was limited.

Just the shower and the tub.

Very-very small rooms. No room to walk and put our luggages. The whole bed takes the space in the room. We were supposed to stay for 7 nights, but because we had made reservations, we only stayed 2 night and moved out to another hotel. Very very disappointed the minute we walked in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

this hotel is very nice ,clean ,with good beds.staff is nice ,they speak english. breakfast was nice .location very good,only 5 minutes to metro station.

we went to watch the final stage of the tour de france and so the location was ideal as its only a 5 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the champs elysees.
