The location and very modern and clean
The room was tiny I expected the size to be small but it was actually riduiculous the staff were ok but not overly helpful
They take the amount twice. And when i contact with them they said they will refund the money. And that will take several day and until now i didn't refund any thing. I call them many times to solve this . But no benefit problem
location wifi is good
room size ,, poor , smaaalll narrow no place for bags or even to pray and walk around bed .. value for money , very high
I liked the proximity to the center with modern design and state of the art electronics and beautiful bathrooms.
Elevator is slow and concierge services were barely adequate with poor reccomendations for restaurants
Friendly staff, fantastic location. Good facilities in room
Room was small but cute we liked it . Breakfast expensive so we didn't eat in the hotel but lots of cafés very close.
It,s nice small hotel except size of room other facilities are good.
1 block from Arc de Triomphe Modern and very clean rooms Very nice reception staff Fairly good value
Bathroom is extremely small
Location is excellent
Room is too small
Clean, good location, quiet. Nice bathroom/shower. Well appointed-hair dryer, soaps, shampoos, towels, wifi, breakfast.
Not small rooms but tiny rooms. Barely room for lots of luggage. Not a room for lounging but perfect just for sleeping.
the staff the design the location
the size of the room and the bathroom the fact that we can hear the noise from the corridor as the room is very small
The location, (you could see the Arc-de-Triomphe out the window 300m up the street. The bathroom was modern although again very tiny. The old stairs from the 2nd floor down were so old and worn they slanted which gave an ancient ambience.
The room was so small that once you joined two single beds and positioned two suitcases at the foot of the bed, the room floor area was essentially used. You then had to either sit or lie on the bed while in the room and one of us had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. Beds were over firm and pillows poor.
great location, staff were accommodating, cute modern and comfortable décor. Very close to metro station.
Had a family room and the pull out bed was hard to operate, it blocked bathroom entrance if extended. Unable to control the heating on our own, had to ask reception to turn it on. Wifi had to be reactivated during stay.
Service and Staff all comfort for shower, toilette stuff
room was really small no view
Toilet had a see through door which was right next to the bed There was a restaurant in the hotel but we were never given its location or any information concerning it so we were never able to use it Twice we returned to the hotel to locked doors with nobody on reception- we had to wait for somebody to eventually come back Laundry was supposed to be 24 hr service, the only time we used it, it took 48 hrs to get laundry back
Location was great, looks very new. I was SO worried after looking at the photos and reading some reviews of this hotel, but I did not have to worry at all. I asked for the best room in the hotel and it was exactly as the photos had shown. The bathroom was very new, bed and fittings were great. BUT a very very small room. Not much room for two of you. Somehow the photos seem to show a bigger room, but that was not the case in my Delux room. However, with the location, you are out most of the time. No restaurant in this hotel, so literally just a place to sleep. Very friendly staff.
Tiny room, and for the same price, you can stay in a 4 star hotel at the Lourve with 5 star facilities, spa and restaurant. I would forfeit the location next time for a 4-5 star hotel for the same price. Note: I visited at the height of summer season in August and paid almost €200 per night.
the rooms are really small (couldn't imagine)
stuff are very friendly and humous
Very helpful staff and good breakfast.
It was the best time in Paris. A hotel is clean and in the city centre. We enjoy the hostality of staff and hotel facilities. My first visit in Paris was the best and I will go back to the same hotel once again.
Location is good Clean and fully renovated helpful and caring staff near from Macdonald rest. (Good for families)
Toilets doors are frosted glass .. can manage but not used to it especially with kids in the room
We had booked the 4 person room and it there was plenty of space for 2 parents and our 2 young kids. The main bed was good, the sleeping couch was a good fit for the kids. The room had a separation wall to divide the space. The bathroom had very nice walls decorated with glass-mosaic and provided a bath and separate shower (with rain shower!). The breakfast was very tasteful and provided a lot of options. Everything was replenished, even though we arrived at or after the end time. The location was 2 minutes walking from the Arc the Triomph, a good starting pint for shopping at the Champs Elysees or using the metro station Etoile with direct lines to main visit locations
Negative points were so hard to think of that they are not worth mentioning
The staff were very helpful. The hotel is super cozy and clean. Great location and facilities.
Location is good as walking distance to subway, many nice shops and restaurants are within the area. Good breakfast buffets. Not much variety but foods is really tasty and we've been having it for 6 days. The front desk staffs are extremely helpful and nice.
- Room is small. - noise from the road and upstairs guest. (especially when there is little children keeps running at night).
The location couldn't be better. The staff are very friendly and since it is small, they know you and treat u special. The room was small but comfortable and very well designed. We didn't spend much time there except to sleep and change so it was a great value.
When we arrived there was an electrical problem and they had to put us up in their sister hotel across the street. Staff were lovely but the room was too small to even move and rather spartan. They moved us back to our hotel the next day and were very accommodating but it would have been so much better to have been in our hotel both nights.
Clean, good location.
Not enough space to turn around. Our bathroom at home is bigger than this entire suite.
