Friendliness of staff. Recommendations from them, eg. Restaurants. They gave maps of area. Comfortable beds. Good fascilities. The showers could do with upgrading and shower matts should be provided for safety reasons.

The Hotel was very comfortable and very central the receptionist/owner was very helpfull recomending a restauurant in the town centre we would never have found that provided excellent service in a beautiful courtyard at the rear and food that was also excellent and very reasonably priced. We found it strange to find, on artrival, at 1:30 pm, a sign on the door advising us that the reception did not open until 5:30 it rather messed up our afternoon perhaps if the information was available at time of booking we could have set ourselves to arrive at taht time and done other things on the way to Millau

Typical French style provincial hotel. Very friendly receptionist. A meticulous and comprehensive package of local information was provided in the room. On street pay and display parking immediately outside the hotel. The hotel was once the residence of the famous opera singer Emma Calve and retains many of its original features. Didn't think the breakfast was value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable and situated close to the main town centre for access to shops, bars and restaurants.It was an ideal base for exploring the surrounding centres of interest, eg Roquefort caves.

Simple hotel, and we had the cheapest rooms - peeked into the rooms with stained glass - bigger and attractive. Good welcome from the English speaking owner, who was also helpful about where to eat and the market etc. The rooms were smallish and the bathrooms plain but the bed linen was clean and crisp and the beds were comfortable - so value for money.

L'emplacement proche du centre Chambre 6 : couche de poussiere sur les meubles, lit branlant, pas de bouchon dans le lavabo, traces de moisissure autour de la baignoire, accueil on ne peut plus sec . finalement on a du changer de chambre.

L' hotel Emma Calvé és en un emplaçament que el fa molt còmode als llocs d'interés de Millau. Igualment les tres recomanacions de restaurants de la mestressa, es van cumplir plenament en relació qualitat preu. L'esmorzar, típic francès de baguette, mantega i mermelada, amb croisant inclós, força correcta (preu 6 €/pax). La neteja bé. Malgrat les coses negatives de l'hotel li acabes trovant l'encant. Necessita urgentment una rehabilitació al quarto de bany, Té l'inodor químic, amb el corresponent soroll i males olors, que per enmascarar-les s'ha col·locar un ambientador automàtic. Caldrtia canviar els aparells sanitaris. La banyera està a més alçada del normal amb l'incomoditat d'entrar i sortir. L'habitació no disposa d'armari, solament unes pretatgeries i penjadors, aixó si, tancats. El llit supletori estava desnivellat cap un cantó fent-lo incòmode. El tracte amb la mestressa una mica fred, encara que correcte. El fet inusual de pagar per endavant, tant l'estada com l'esmorzar, va estar una sorpresa només a l'entrar.L'hotel obre la recepció a les 17:30 h. i és la pròpia mestressa qui ho fa tot. Tant sol vaig veure una altre persona de neteja d'habitacions. .

Le cadre très chaleureux, calme, discrétion...Le petit déjeuner...copieux...élégant. La salle de bain : lumière défaillante, mal fixée et qui s'éteind lors de la douche....attention de pas faire comme CloClo...et la poussière sur les plaintes....les joints moisis...

La habitación y el decorado eran muy bonitos. No nos cambiaron las toallas a pesar de haberlas dejado en el borde de la bañera. Las cogieron y las volvieron a colgar en los colgadores de la pared.

Aucun rangement dans les chambres! Une simple patere au dessus du lit pour suspendre manteaux, chemises, robes et pantalons!!! Un peu juste et tres mal placé! Il y a largement la place de la mettre ailleurs, dans l entree, par exemple et de prevoir un petit espace de rangement. Le petit dejeuner est tres succint! On prefererait du bon pain et quelques fruits.

Son emplacement / son cadre ancien bien conservé / son authenticité Sa salle de bains moisi au mur, trop petite, wc chimique très bruyant, écoulement des eaux des autres chambres en continue , ou presque, / accueil modéré, sans grande motivation d'échanges avec le client. Mauvais qualité/prix . Petit déjeuner honnête. Place de parking dans la rue sinon c'est 10 euros.

Sa proximité avec le but de notre visite, le fait de posséder des chambres "famille" L'accueil de la responsable de l'hôtel n'est pas chaleureux, c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire, à l'inverse du personnel d'entretien. Les mauvaises odeurs, émanant surtout de la salle de bains, sont tenaces... Nous étions 6 voyageurs et ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel.
