Great location.

Finding a car park close to the hotel proved interesting. Although we finally did get one a couple of blocks away.

The atmosphere was lovely and we really liked the very helpful owner.

Not being able to book in until 5.30pm. It was not a major problem but it would have been nice to book in, have a shower and meander around Millau. We arrived in Millau at around 2pm but did enjoy being in the town.

Location was ok and lock up car park ok, although another guests car suffered a smashed windscreen when a workman dropped a chain saw from the top of the building and the Manager initially told us it was our car.

We booked in on a Sunday and the staff member on duty was most helpful. After that, the staff at best were moody. We paid extra for the courtyard rooms however the courtyard is not exactly as depicted in the hotel publicity although it was certainly ok. We were informed however that the ground floor courtyard rooms do not have WIFI and if we wanted to, we could sit in reception to get internet access. However, if the Manager's/Owner's children were watching TV in reception, we were sent off to the dining room. I don't know if other rooms had WIFI. One of our rooms was very musty while the other had an over powering odour of room refresher. Finally, if you don't like cats, stay away (and one of our party is extremely alergic to cats). There is a cat almost permanently in reception or the dining room. We were pleased when our time there was up.

Convenient location

The attitude of the person that met us - almost rude and certainly not welcoming as stated on website. We did not feel that the representation on the website was accurate - our room was very small, bathroom needed updating and there was a lot of noise through walls and floors from other guests. We disliked it so much that although having paid for two nights we left after one night and moved to another hotel in Millau.

The hotel was conveniently situated and suitably quiet. It has a particular old fashioned charm and is good value for money. The proprietor recommended two excellent restaurants for evening meals which were tasty and good value.

The colour scheme is a little gloomy and the hotel needs to provide a slightly more welcoming environment.

Close to the centre of Millau and proprietor very helpful

Not being able to gain entry to the hotel on arrival until 5.30pm. Would have been helpful to leave cases and then tour the town. Tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice.

Very close to old town and good restaurants, clean, very comfortable bed, nice courtyard and breakfast and entrance areas, manager helpful with good restaurant recommendations. Capion is the closest and excellent food, wine and value. Easily found parking on the street outside for the evening (midweek in September)

Didn't know that you couldn't check in until 5:30pm, fortunately had a car so could do other things.

I liked the location and the link ot Opera ( Emma Calve) The receptionist gave fantastic advice on local restaurants. The room was basic but adequate and exceptional value Great stopping off place on way to Spain Thanks

Reception was not hugely welcoming but gave good advice

The host, was a lovely lady who was truly welcoming and extremely helpful. This lady definitely benefits the business. The hotel offered good value, clean accommodation at a very competitive price. Breakast was good value and could either be taken inside or outside in a pleasant courtyard. It was very handy for the town centre. Parking could be found outside if you are fortunate or nearby.

Very charming small hotel. Owner recommended nearby restaurant for dinner and it was beyond wonderful.

El trato exquisito de la encargada, una gran profesional.

Que no tenga algun canal de Tv. internacional.

Nous n'avons pas la même notion de la propreté.Salle de bain non nettoyée (poils dans la baignoire), sol sale, wc utilisé mais non nettoyé (escréments flottants), l'aspirateur non passé dans la chambre donc moquette sale. Nous n'avons pas pû prendre le petit déjeuner car il ne voulait pas servir du salé pour une personne (1 tranche de jambon et un camembert).

Altes Bürgerhaus mit Charme.

Die sanitären Anlagen sind komplett veraltet. Ein dicker Minuspunkt, den auch der freundliche Service nicht auffängt.

Adorable hôtel au charme suranné et poussiéreux, petit musée à la gloire d' Emma Calvé cantatrice du siècle dernier. Pour amateur.

Действительно красивые витражи в номере. Очаровательное убранство ресепшн и столовой. Приятный внутренний дворик, окруженный затянутыми растениями стенами. Дама на ресепшн порекомендовала отличный ресторан, ужином в котором мы остались очень довольны.

По настоящему достойный, пожалуй, только номер с витражами. Остальные и оформлены и меблированы более чем скромно. Очень бюджетная сантехника в ванных комнатах. Но все работает исправно. Общее впечатление какой-то запущенности... Тому способствует пыль: и на карнизах штор и на декоративных стеклянных украшениях гостиной-ресепшн. Такой, островок безвременья. :-)
