Excelsior  

Excelent location, spacious rooms, nice personal. I recommend both the hotel and the city. It is a very pleasant trip in boat until St Tropez (not really expensive and spare us from paying absurd prices in St Tropez and also from the constant thousands of tourists in this last city). It is also very easy to get to the Esterel and even to Cannes. The hotel itself is at the beach, with a nice view and one of the best restaurants in e city. Though, it is just a few steps from the main street where we can find other options of restaurants. I strongly recommend it!

One of the bar staff needs to find a new job - he obviously does not like the one he has. The tourists pay your wages - look after them!

I liked the location, the air-conditioned room,the comfortable beds,the large bathroom, the possibility to get an iron.Breakfast is of good quality but a little disorganised. Wifi is available with vouchers allowing 3 hours of free internet per day.Connection is very good.

The lunch and dinner menus are overpriced. The breakfast area should be arranged in a bigger area.Labelling the tea,coffee,hot milk and water pots would be a good idea.The croissants and pains au chocolat are excellent! No English channels available on TV. No shower curtains in bathroom but the bathroom is modern.

Het hotel is een prachtig gebouw, een goede uitstraling. De kamer had veel comfort; aparte toilet, een ruime badkamer. Een prachtig uitzicht op zee en de boulevard. Ligging aan de boulevard en de bereikbaarheid van andere restaurants en winkels was goed.

De service van de receptie was goed. De informatie over het reizen met de treinen zou verbeterd kunnen worden. De kamer was nog niet voorzien van airconditioning, zodat het er 's nachts erg warm was. Open raam gaf veel lawaai van de straat. De prijs van het ontbijt stond niet in verhouding met het aanbod van eten. Erg simpel.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren für französische Verhältnisse groß und angenehm ausgestattet. Abendessen zwar teuer, aber gut..

Nach 2 Tagen begannen Renovierungsarbeiten; das Treppenhaus war dadurch sehr verschmutzt.Das Frühstück zum Extrapreis war selbst für französische Verhältnisse äußerst dürftig. Man musste um Geschirr, Brot U.ä. nachfragen und bekam es erst von einer unfreundlichen Bedienung serviert. Deutsch- oder englischsprechende Fernsehkanäle gab es nicht.

je reviens chaque annee uniquement pour la qualite du restaurant et l'emplacement

ou la porte ne ferme pas ou la resa au resto n'a pas ete faite ou la chambre n'a pas ete faite (l'annee derniere) ou il faut plaider sa cause pour avoir autre chose qu'une biscotte au petit dej pour 12euros...

ATENDIMENTO PESSOAL DA RECEPÇÁO.

Grande chambre très confortable, bonne service et restaurant vraiment bon. J'y vais retourner. C'est sur.

Pour internet par contre, ce n’était pas le top. (Heureusement pas de conséquences).

Un peu déçu par le "petit déjeuner buffet" J'aurai aimé trouver des oeufs au plat par exemple. Mieux vaudrait appeler cela "petit déjeuner continental en buffet".
