Reception staff extremely helpful and smiley faces except the restaurant I kept moved around to other tables, I was told "reserved", but theyre were only 3 people in the large room, the following day only 6 places for breakfast. I was offered my dinner free.and was accepted with thanksI have stayed in St Raphael many times, first here, very delightful |

Its size, its location beside the beach, the fact that i had a sea view room, pleasant staff, comfortable room, adequate tasty breakfast which is included in the room rate. A very nice relaxing pleasant stay in a very nice hotel which i would go back to. no nothing of any bother, like every hotel from small to large little things crop up but its holiday time and you roll with them and everything always gets sorted without any fuss. |

The mattresses in the hotel are shot and the management knows it -- every morning the maids walk around with boards to put under them to make them palatable. We left after our first sleeplness night there. |

Nice staff, excellent location close to everything. Breakfast service total disaster! Everything was out, no water, no juice, no bread, no forks, no nothing. It took forever to come out with...one bottle of juice. Many waited for 30 minutes!!!! |

Nice location close to beach and city shopping. Nice terrace for coffee drinks, and breakfast Breakfast service. (No attendance and short of everything all the time) |

Très bien situé, personnel accueillant. Bien dans l'ensemble. J'ai profité d'une super promotion de tarif grâce à Booking.com, je ne sais pas si je réserverais au tarif plein.Les commentaires d'autres personnes sur ce site reflètent la réalité quant à la salle de bain, et tarif petit déjeuner. |

La gentillesse du personnel, sa disponibilité. Le restaurant très bon, mais assez cher. Le cadre est génial, à 5 min de la plage. Possibilité de prendre son petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. Très agréable ! Peut-être des plats plus abordables !! |

Juste en face de la plage, l'hôtel Excelsior a beaucoup de charme et est bien rénové. Un repas en terrasse avec la vue sur la baie de St Raphael est un rêve. Cela change des hôtels stéréotypés de grandes chaînes. |
