Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts.
The room was rather small. WiFi reception was iuneven, and usong the wifi seemed to require changes to IPhone settings.
-the lovely helpful staff -clean quiet room -excellent location which was 10 min away from the metro. -safe neighborhood -24 hour desk help
no wash cloths ( the small size) they only had large body towels and the medium size face towels
The style and location. This is our 2nd visit.
Breakfast is a little pricey.
Decor was very different but in very good taste.
No coffee and tea facilites
Nice design, lights everywhere, very comfortable bed, small privacy corners around the bed, quiet area, good location near Republique square.
Rooms are small around the bed but the WC and the bathroom are OK. Working with the laptop on the so-called "desk" while seating on the bed is really not comfortable. Expensive breakfast but the variety in food and drink is nice.
Lovely decor and very friendly staff. Nice spacious room.
Shower didn't work properly in room with bath. Water everywhere. Wi if was inconsistent in room and had to go down to lobby to use
Nice room. Fresh, clean.
Elevator was in a very bad quality. The reception was to small
The reception staff were very knowledgeable about the city and how to get to all the sights using public transport. This is a very friendly hotel and the staff were very efficient in all aspects. Well done!! We will return to this hotel on our next trip to Paris.
The rooms although very nice could be a little more spacious.
Good location .
Only one of us can access Internet at one time.
Excellent Location not far away from the metro station, in the heart of Paris surrounded by very good restaurants which are recommended to try, Pubs and Markets as well. Very helpful staff, always are welcoming you . Very clean and arranged room, very nice and relaxing decoration, the dimensions of everything are perfect and well studied. They are taking care about the small details like the cleanness, arrangements, decorations, Services and Food presentation.
You don’t have a view from the windows and sometimes you cannot open them. The temperature of the refrigerator is always going back to 17 which is not allowing you to get a very cold drink from your own refrigerator night time. The wireless is not that much strong and all the talk’s chatting programs like Skype and others are blocked.
It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was rather small.
rooms were small but immaculately clean and well-designed. staff was friendly.
wifi not fit for purpose - it was slow for browsing and i couldn't use it to access my emails because it didn't support SSL. it shut off the email function on my phone so even with 3G i was without emails for 18 hours - most frustrating!
-location -staff helpful -was everything we needed for 3 days
staff excellent and very helpful groovy rooms, great location
bathroom smelt of mould wi-fi unreliable, kept dropping in & out
The rooms and lobby interior design is superb; The room and bathroom are spacious, and fully equipped (including an Ipod docking station!) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 4 mins walk from the Republique metro station, and nearby are a great boulangerie, a cute Korean restaurant and 2 supermarkets (and some more restaurants and coffee places as well)
At this price rate, one could expect more than just a complementary apple at check-in. Breakfast buffet is somewhat pricey (18eur pp)
The hotel's main selling proposition is its trendy and arty design. Being an architect I was drawn by the description and photos and some of the reviews. However! Tastes may vary, but in this case the functionality of the hotel has suffered badly. It has become way too much form over not enough function. The staff are friendly, helpful but can't help hide the fact that the hotel has been badly designed in a building with just not enough space to make it truly comfortable with that number of rooms. * no decent seating in room (one ugly stool and one uneasy + ugly chair) * very badly designed wardrobe on either side of the bed. One can't hang a long dress or trousers, top shelves totally unreachable, bottom shelf barely reachable for older people, closets too narrow. no shelves to put shirts, socks etc. * 45 cm width between bed and wall! * bad lighting in bathroom, One can't see face in mirror with only side light, * no vanity top next to wash basin, no place to put soap, lotions or to lay down a towel or whatever, just a very narrow ledge under mirror * large mirror next to toilet!! (who on earth will go and check his clothing in the toilet?), toilet paper unreachable in a corner behind your back, * totally impractical minibar (+ didn't even work). * No kettle in the room to prepare instant coffee or tea. This is standard in practically every hotel i have stayed in in Europe. * TV-wall with screen behind a reflecting glass panel! * all in all rather hideous lighting, with the theme (a young woman's silhouette) repeated in walls and doors ad nauseam. * corners of the bed are an assault on shinbones * the lift is totally insufficient and too slow for a hotel of 29 rooms, * the breakfast room is a disgrace in practicality and the breakfast experience is frustrating at best. The less said about the over the top decoration of the room the better.
Newly refurbished hotel, cosy room, friendly staff, especially in the dining room.
The hotel was lovely. The room was amazing and we had a large bathroom with a free standing bath, rare in Paris and an unexpected treat. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to all of my friends.
Nothing, it was all perfect.
The location was brilliant, within a quick walk of The Marais and all it has to offer. The attitude of staff was most helpful as well. Cleanliness was tops, and a nice change from some hotels I have found in the past. All in all, everyone did all they could to help me during my stay. Also for someone who isn't a good sleeper, the quietness of the hotel was most pleasing.
The only negative comment that I have is regarding the shower and the fact that you have to constantly battle water splashing on to the floor. There doesn't seem to be any solution to this problem, at least not in the room that I had.
The were friendly and professional and always willing to help
The design of the hotel was fenomenal. The staff were friendly and helpful
Breakfast was not included and rate was high. Bathroom needs a door because water came out when you took a shower
Location was great, room was small but comfy
Dont get a room near the stairs as you can hear every footstep
Liked the design of this hotel. It is modern with well designed rooms. Yes, they are small but they are designed nicely and well thought out so I was v. happy
The hotel was in a good location and on a quiet street. Although the room was quite small it was very well designed and made the most of the space. The lighting was lovely, and the funky bathroom within the molded plastic wall was great. Lots of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel.
Breakfast was overpriced at 18 euros each, but there is a bakery less than 5 mins walk away.
