Cheap hotel, in the center so you can get everywhere by walk, close on the beach, friendly staff, clean Old destroy furnitures, old blankets, dirty walls, need renovate and will be good. The room was clean but old blankets and furnitures make him not cosy. Noise from the street. Sometimes it's difficult to find a parking place.

Price for location is fantastic. The room is fair, but sufficient -- beds were comfortable, it it the bathroom which is a bit old and, in our room, there was no real table, which can be a pb for someone who needs to write. But, the room is largely sufficient for a week-end. I will definitely go back. The 9 euro breakfast was plenty by French standards. A good deal.

its a 2 star hotel, but as far as 2 star hotels go it definitely beats most of them, what with excellent free wifi, heating in the room (in france in september very rare) and even little swimming pool! one of the best value for money 2 stars i ve stayed in.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location. Pleasant room.. The breakfast room was silent. A little music or tv would break the silence.....tv in rooms only in french, maybe add some english stations like cnn.............

L'hotel qui a été construit il y a 30/40 ans environ n'a pas été mis aux normes de confort et d'accueil actuels : moquettes tâchées, peintures jaunasses, pas de salon, décoration inexistante ( pas même un poster dans les chambres ), linge usé par trop de lessives depuis l'origine ou quasiment, salle a manger désespérante de mauvais goût et de tristesse d'hall de gare. Son seul avantage est le prix et la localisation entre plage et centre. Mais on s'étonne que dans une ville comme Deauville , entièrement vouée au tourisme, les propriétaires/ gérants fassent si peu d'effort pour s'adapter aux changements contemporains. Sur cette pente, l'hotel sera complétement décrépi dans dix ans . Serait-ce trop demander a l'hôtellerie française de se professionnaliser ?

L'accueil du personnel. La sitautaion de l'kôtel dans la ville J'ai trouvé que le petit déjeuner était très basique avec peu d'intêret.....le rapport qualité/ prix n'est pas terrible, trop cher par rapport à l'offre.

L'acceuil,la gentillesse des personnes a l'acceuil,leur disponibilité, le calme, la discrétion. Le coté un peu vétuste de la chambre, éclats de peinture, aurait besoin d'un peu de rafraichissement. Le petit déjeuner incomplet(a 9h45, pas de jambon) , le café n'et pas bon.

L'amabilité du personnel, sa situation géographique en plein centre ville et son calme. Cet hôtel aurait besoin d'un bon coup de peinture et d'un bon rafraichissement général notamment dans les salles de bain. Le petit déjeuner en salle n'est pas très copieux.

J'ai apprécié l'hôtel Hélios pour son accueil ,propreté de l'hôtel,sa situation géographique(proche de la mer,du port,et du centre avec son marché) proche des axes routiers.Je conseille Hélios pour un séjour +ou- prolongé,très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Nous sommes un jeune couple et nous avons apprécié l'accueil souriant du personnel et leur disponibilité. L'hôtel est très bien situé (très proche de la gare, de la plage, de Trouville). Très bonne ambiance familiale. La chambre est correcte.
