The staff were very Helpful

The rooms are very dated and noisey.

Grande chambre (+30m2 et 3 lits), localisation (prêt de la gare).

Pas d'access aux handicapés à l'exterior de l'hôtel. Chambres pas très propes (moquettes sales, plafond avec des marques, etc).

The rooms are cleaned and the staff is nice.

The rooms have to be refreshed. The wallpaper has small holes. The moquette on the floor is degraded and has cigarette burns. The shower drain is clogged.

Price and location. Only one stop to La Defence

Location. Nice Italian restaurant 5 minutes walk away. Leaving the hotel was a bonus!!

Coming out of carpark to be greeted by a tramp's settlement - scary! Walk up 2 flights of stairs outside hotel to get to reception with cases & children, no lift! Lack of cleanliness. No plug in sink! Breakfast was appauling with little choice. Dining room in disgusting state of repair and cleanliness!

The only thing we liked about this place was the location - 2 stops to the Champs.

Disgusting!!! I would never recommend this to anyone! To get to the lobby from the parking garage, we walked up urine smelling steps and stepped over a homeless man. The walkway to the entrance contained 2 dead and decaying birds, feces, and 8 potted bushes - all dead. The rooms were disgusting - the carpeting was so gross we kept our shoes on. The walls had punch holes and graffitti on them. Unfortunately, it was the Tour de France weekend, so we had no other options. We awoke to have no electricity - something that happens frequently according to the staff. Remember the old saying - you get what you pay for - if it seems too cheap, there's a reason!

Location is nice for the money. It takes 20-30 min to reach the centre of the city by rer (but we need to pay 2,35 euro one way (caz Nanter is the 3th zone). It's quiet and calm district. Nice to sleep. La Defense is 15-20 min by walk. It's ok as a cheap hotel to sleep.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift to the entrance. So we need to take our laggage 3 floors by ourself. So it's impossible to stay here for people who have problems with movements and uncormfortable with little babie. Dirty area is around. Service is not nice. Room was too little for 4 persons. One of bed was with metal borders outside, so our children, and we also, beated ourselves.

Efficiency of the desk staff. Easy access to local traain station (RER).

Access to the hotel: difficult to find, only access through difficult and dark stair case under reparation. Absolutely no access for disabled people.

Prix, situation, petit déjeuné

Sale, confort inexistant, bruit.. Malgré la situation et le prix je ne suis pas prêt d y retourner car les chambre ne sont vraiment pas terribles et tout tombe en ruine.... (Fenêtre qui ferme mal, applique mural qui tombe, prises qui s'arraches....)
