The price is very cheap for a 3-star hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are very good. The hotel is located outside the city center but very closed to a RER station, where we can catch a RER train (runs every 5-10 min) to reach the center within 10 minutes. There are not many stores, shops, or restaurant nearby (The hotel does have its own restaurant but not cheap). Wireless internet is available but not free (6.95 euro per hour is expensive). There is no fridge in the room. |

I travel to this hotel why my wife and my child, and I personally don't recommend it. First it doesn't was a lift (only on the 3th floor you have access to the hotel. I ask for an extra bed on my room , and for the first time they didn't bring us any pillow (and we ask more and three times, they always say that it would be on a moment, but it never came) |

The reception area looks nice. The room is okay. Some staff are helpful. Some staff are not so helpful. It is noisy due to facing the street. The housekeeping is not very organized. |

The front desk staffer was helpful in printing an e-ticket. The booking I made said the room had two twin beds and it did NOT. Eventually the front desk staffer found us a room with two twin beds. Parking on the street was free and available. It was a "family" hotel as advertised, i.e. we saw several families with kids arriving, which we liked. No elevator and lobby was three levels above the street. Directions on booking.com were TOTALLY wrong. I think they are for another hotel. The desk staff at Itineraries had no map of the area, i.e. how to get in and out of Nanterre to arrive and to go into Paris. Nor could they explain how to get in and out. The streets in the hotel area are almost incomprehensible and several streets were broken up into different parts with stations/parks in between the different parts and no signs how to find the other part. |

Only the price is relatively low. It is horrible to stay in this hotel. Everything on website looks good. But the room is dirty, and simple. The parking lot is underground without elevator, smelly on staircases. Looks unsafe at night. Impossible for people who have physical problem since you have to bring your suitcase up for 50 steps. Staff not helpful. Vending machine not working. Everything is bad. Highly not recomended for traveller unless you want to ruin your trip. |

The staff is helping and speaks English well. The RER station is close by, Had couple of pizzariea point near by which are open till 9-10 PM. Resturarent inside is good. Servers good breakfast and dinner. Evenif you are late, you can ask hotel reception to order some pizza's for you. Overall its a good hotel. As already stated by other guests about the entrance, as the elevator is not working presently so Entry is confusing |
