The rooms are cleaned and the staff is nice. The rooms have to be refreshed. The wallpaper has small holes. The moquette on the floor is degraded and has cigarette burns. The shower drain is clogged.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The hotel was extremely dated, the bed wasn't very comfortable and everything needed refurbishing. The biggest issue for me was that I booked it because it was close to La Defense. Whilst it was within walking distance, there was a graveyard and building site between the two which meant that I didn't feel safe walking back to my hotel at night, which cost me quite a lot of money in taxis. Also, the entrance to the hotel is awful, to the point where I couldn't find it initially and when I did, was pretty horrified by it. The inside was somewhat better, but it gives a really bad impression.

Only the location and the croissants, which were delicious. The corridors were badly lit, had dirty carpets, and holes in the walls. Despite no smoking being posted, the hallways stank of smoke. The room also had dirty carpets, was badly lit, had dirty walls, holes in the bathroom and the toilet was badly fixed to the wall. I dislike not having fitted sheets as they come undone and I am never sure about the cleanliness of mattresses - this is especially true of given the general lack of cleanliness I noted above! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and hope we do not come back with bedbugs or lice.

Easy to reach by car, parking under hotel. Just few minutes walk to RER-station to get to Paris-center or a nice walk of 30 minutes to get to La Defense Metro. Hotel is simple but clean. Breakfast is good. On wednesday-evening not much to see or do in Nanterre. To get a drink in the hotel, there is no bar, just a drink and snack automat.

I didn't like anything. A total disaster! Thanks God I had the inspiration to only book one night and spend the other nights at a 2 star hotel in the nearby. The 2 star hotel felt like luxury compared to hotel itineraires. The sink blender for hot and cold water was totally worn up and rusty. One in the public toilets looks better than what you could expect at the 3 star booked hotel. In the shower place it was so dark you had the impression you entered a cave. The carpet was stained both in the room and on the corridor. The heater was turned on at max making you sweat and it was impossible to turn it down or lower the heat. No air conditioning existed. The middle window could not be opened- it was screwed with screws to the aluminium glass frame. The "view" only provided a view over a roof fool of shit, garbage and empty, thrown-away bottles. I presume it was to hard for them to try to clean it... I won't ever go there again, even if they pay me to stay at their hotel! Photos taken!

Near to rer. Shower was hot. Staff ok I didn't expect much & it lived up to my expectations. If you want a cheap basic room to sleep in it's ok. Rooms need complete redecoration. Fantastic for a party of blind / partially sighted people.

To be fair, the staff was composed of two ladies, one of them who happend to be so rude and the other so helpful. If it wasn't for that kind lady, I would have given them zero at the customer service. Generally speaking, the hotel is at a good location, which is only 10-15 mintues from the city centre (via the tube).

Location. Nice Italian restaurant 5 minutes walk away. Leaving the hotel was a bonus!! Coming out of carpark to be greeted by a tramp's settlement - scary! Walk up 2 flights of stairs outside hotel to get to reception with cases & children, no lift! Lack of cleanliness. No plug in sink! Breakfast was appauling with little choice. Dining room in disgusting state of repair and cleanliness!

Very good location for visiting La Defénse and Paris; relatively good breakfast; it was easy to find a free parking place. Even for the price, it is quite old hotel. From the street, the reception desk must be reached by a quite long stairs. It requires a considerable effort to bring the baggage up to this point.

The only thing we liked about this place was the location - 2 stops to the Champs. Disgusting!!! I would never recommend this to anyone! To get to the lobby from the parking garage, we walked up urine smelling steps and stepped over a homeless man. The walkway to the entrance contained 2 dead and decaying birds, feces, and 8 potted bushes - all dead. The rooms were disgusting - the carpeting was so gross we kept our shoes on. The walls had punch holes and graffitti on them. Unfortunately, it was the Tour de France weekend, so we had no other options. We awoke to have no electricity - something that happens frequently according to the staff. Remember the old saying - you get what you pay for - if it seems too cheap, there's a reason!

I would recommend the hotel only for its good location ! Very quite district area and only 20 minutes away by underground from the centre of Paris. (The underground stop is only 150 meters away from the hotel. Absolutely not a 3 star hotel ! Unfortunately the impression is of a very dirty hotel; the carpet and the walls everywhere - room, corridors restaurant, lobby and all other common spaces - are completely worn-out and dirty. The bathroom in the room and also in the lobby are even worst ! Bathroom suite not working properly and .. dirty !!! Very poor service in the Restaurant for breakfast. For sure if a sanitary Inspector is making an inspection to the hotel, this will close for a long period. I would suggest to make urgently strong renovation works before it is too late. I can understand the price paid was a very competitive one but this doesn't mean the hotel shouldn't be clean.

Location is very good, only 10-15 min to city center and 2 minutes to the rer a station. Hotel staff is very nice. Room was clean. The neighborhood is a quiet one (it is close to the industrial district - La Defense). Also good value for money. The hotel is a little difficult to find...Reception is at the 2nd floor of the building and you need to pay attention to some arrows on some walls and...finally you are going to find the entrance.
