Nice rooms small cute hotel nice location
The breakfast - very sweet and unhealthy sometimes a lot of noice
Very helpful and nice personal
Wi- fi didn't work at all in my room.
the atmosphere is excellent fitness room great good smelling room and lots of care given to our comfort
The location was great and staff were friendly.
The rooms were very very small. I opted to have breakfast one morning and you had to make breaky yourself and the only option was to boil eggs yourself. For the price it was pretty overated. The fridge in your small room was not replenished. Once you had your two waters they weren't replenished. The rooms had ample shampoo/body lotion but no conditioner.
the staff was rude and hotel is dated. do not know why they receive such good ratings.
No real complaints. Room was clean, comfy and had nice boutique style decor. Everything worked- shower, a/c.. Good value and suited our needs.
Room a tad small but not tiny. Located in the 3rd arrondissament (district), its not totally central to Eiffel tower etc but we knew that.
My daughter and I stayed here this past month. Absolutely everything about it was fantastic! The staff was very helpful, the location in the Le Marais neighborhood was perfect, the hotel was undergoing renovation but it looks like most is done and it is lovely. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. Would definitely stay here again!
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will come back here next time in Paris.
-shower was awesome -clean -front desk people very nice
-we asked not to have our room cleaned repeatky-- but they kept cleaning it even with the dnd sign on the door.
very nice hotel, nice interiors and well located
Size of the rooms and bathrooms
Great location and Christian provided us with good suggestions for places to visit. Recommend this hotel as it is in a central location for touring the a Provence region
Worth the money and a pretty good gym!
The location, I was able to walk to Notre Dam cathedral easily plus the amazing food markets in Marais on Sunday. The room was quiet and I felt safe and comfortable. The €15 breakfast was good - a good variety. The price was right too!
No help with my heavy luggage to room which surprised me.
Location, A+++ view, balconies
Beds super hard. Tough getting used to, but prefer that to too soft.
Staff very helpful and facilities clean and stylish. Location just outside the crowded areas of Marais is exactly right.
The hotel was obviously undergoing refurbishment and the room was beautiful, especially the bathroom, with an amazing bath and shower! Contemporary decor, with a very chic and modern feel. Worth the money!
The night receptionist was very rude to me and my partner, saying I walked too "emotionally" down the stairs, meaning I was making too much noise, and this I agree was rude of me, however the way he said it and mimiced hand gestures was almost homophobic! Fire this man if possible, he was the first thing you should have got rid of in the refurb!
Very clean, well equipped, friendly and helpful personnel, walking distance to metro station, wifi included, TV with German channels
Small rooms (but for Paris standards really ok), no breakfast facilities in the hotel (but nearby Bistro)
Really helpful staff.
Price, but this was due to the time of year.
Clean apartment, nice location, but for people who do not like to walk, it is close to the metro. Very friendly staff. Nice modern fixtures. Great hotel. Strong wifi.
Antiquated heavy key system. No key card. Small slow lift. Wifi on slightly more annoying ticket system
Good location on the edge of Le Marais district and close to metro. Pleasant staff. Gym is a bonus. Bed was very comfortable.
Room is very cramped. Even for one. Bathroom even more of a struggle. The gym/sauna is a bit shabby. No telephone in the room. It's quite expensive for what you get. Other than having the gym, it's a pretty basic hotel.
Close to the metro
small rooms under renovation at time of staying
Great location lovely staff
Noisy, building work going on
The staff at the reception were great, very helpful and there was always a greating with a smile whether in the morning or when you are back in the evening. The hotel room was quiet small (but I was expecting it) and to be honest I was out and about through the day so it did not bother me. The en-suit was great just big enough and it had a spacious shower space with a lovely rain showerhead, plainty of hot water and great pressure. Bed was really comfortable and one could not complain of lack of pillows :) Good WiFi Lovely Cafe around the corner, a supermarket a few minutes away again around the corner and if you go a few meters down the road of the supermarket I descovered a sushi take away "Sushi Shop" which was great. Overall I had a very nice stay and would recomend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfy room in a great location, good access to everywhere and is not planning to spend their time in the room!!!
Nothing at all
Room clean and fresh and modern, but a little small. Good location. Glad the room issue was resolved with the offer of two rooms for the first night.
Not getting the twin room requested and not being informed till the day of arrival. Not particularly well greeted upon arrival, not even directed to rooms. We were travelling and staying together, but not even put on the same floor after the rooming issue. Frustrated that we then had to move rooms again for the second night. Disappointed that renovations were going on and no compensation or apology given for the rooming mistake or the fact that the renovations were going on. Quite expensive. No tea or coffee facilities in room. View out of window on second night was straight out onto scaffolding.
My room 204 was a very small one no place for luggage. the toilets very unconfotable. And the "disco light" unpleasant. The last day I got room 203 that was much better but the color light in the toilets not adequate, and not place to put any toillet accessories
