The hotel is unpretentious, the service courteous, the room fine for a solo traveller, and the location superb. poor lighting in the corridor and musty smelling. off putting when you exit the lift

Great location and staff were very helpful. It is in between the main square and the cathedral. A pretty terrible night's sleep as the bed and pillows were bad and the cathedral bells went off every 15 minutes from 7am.

Hotel bien situé et à coté des resaturants. Hôtel très très mal insonorisé. Sèche cheveu en panne. Drap pas assez grand pour aller jusqu'au pied. Une lamme de rasoir trainait par terre à coté de la poubelle. Quasiment pas de papier toilette. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.

L'accueil et le service m'a semblé très agréable et sympathique contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire sur certains avis. Le personnel est disponible, poli et souriant. Belles chambres, jolie déco, confortables. Idéalement situé, petit déjeuner très correct. Parking à proximité.

Pour quelqu'un qui vient travailler sur Toulouse c'est idéal. On peut se garer à côté sur la place Saint-Sernin jusqu'au vendredi. Hôtel très bien chauffé, réceptionniste de nuit d'une rare amabilité. A recommander.

J'ai aimé la situation géographique de l'Hôtel près de la ville, pratique pour le shopping, mais surtout près de la Fac à 5 minutes. J'ai trouvé le matelas trop mou, sinon la chambre était agréable. Il faut aimer les carillons que l'on entend jusqu'à minuit tous les quarts d'heure.

La ubicación, bastante buena. Desayuno: una bandeja para cada uno con una copa de zumo, un croisant, dos trozos de pan, mantequilla, mermelada, compota de manzana, yogur... Y café/cacao/té... Había wifi. El personal de la tarde no hablaba español ni inglés, sólo francés. En la habitación había polvo, la ventana no cerraba bien, la cama no era comfortable y las sábanas y almohadas... Teniendo en cuenta el precio de la habitación, podría estar mucho mejor. No disponía de Parking privado.

La proximite de l univetsite et l emplacement geographique parfait La chambre pas a la hauteur. Pas de papier hygienique, pas de mouchoir ds la boitea mouchoirs, pas de zappette de tv. Chauffage trop fort! Bref , pas terrible
