Staff cortese e accogliente, buona posizione, locali di buona dimensione.

Segnale wireless nelle camere praticamente inesistente, design pretenzioso ma carente e una finta doppia stanza da bagno (un locale con doccia, vasca e lavandino + 1 licale con la sola tazza, senza nemmeno il lavandino). La seconda camera da letto del sedicente "appartamento" era senza finestra: completamente inaccettabile in un hotel a quattro stelle.

The staff was very kind and helpful at the front desk. I would recommend for visiting the vieux Port, a couple of days no more.

It is a rather stripped down hotel, clean and neat, however. A bit far from parking...

Booking.com never sent the hotel the reservation information, foutunately there were still rooms available.

The hotel is located on the street where it is not accessible by car, at least it is quite confusing for foreigner that doesn't speak French to reach the area by car. Suggest to put more information on where is the closest recommended Public Parking area and how to reach there.

It was a beautiful building and had it have been summer the pool and grounds would have been magnificent. The staff were very friendly. It was the first day back from being closed for a period of time and te heating in our room wasn't working. They were very fast to respond and moved us immediately. As we have a baby we were unable to go for the five course meal offered but theyaccomodated us with something off the menu that was delivered to our room. Would stay there again but definitely in the summer.

Wifi sporadic but had I mentioned it to reception there is no doubt that they would have rectified it.

The view is excellent the staff is very friendly bathroom is good and they have nice bathroom aminities like shampoo, gowns and slippers.

The rooms need to be restyled, everything is too simple and doesn't go very much with the photos in the Internet. It was difficult to spot the hotel from the street, we had to drive around the neibourhood a couple of times before finding the hotel.

The hotel restaurant was a bit pricey, but the food was good.

We stayed in one of the Sky Suites on the 8th floor and had a fantastic view over the old harbour. The room was lovely as well, smaller than it seemed on the photos and the roof terrace is more a balcony, but overall I would think it is one of the best rooms one can get in Marseille.

We got there late at night. The next morning a French television crew stopped us when we were having breakfast outside and asked us what we thought about Marseille's police corruption, crime rate, pick pocket problem, gang violence, grafiti problem. We hadn't been out around town yet, but were surprised when they told us. We had a good time and had no problems there, but wouldn't go back again. The hotel was right on the port and there was major reconstruction going on right in front.

I liked it all. The only problem was my husband was targeted by pick pockets as soon as we left the Hotel. They managed to remove money from his pocket but we realised as soon as they had done it and challenged them to return the money and they did. WOW

1. Level of breakfast quality is lower than a year ago (no fresh juice, some dishes have been as rests, paper napkins) 2. Dinner: roast beef have been too hard

We stayed at the sky view double room on the top floor, it was absolutely wonderful - beatiful view of the city (perhaps, the best view), nice big balcony, large comfortable bed and a big bathrooml. If you chose this hotel, chose this room, you will love it. Great location too - it's in the old port with nice seafood restaurants and steps away from the center and shoppin area.

Location can't be beat and the view of the harbor is really special. Staff went out of their way to make lunch reservations.

Their shower system is really unique and staff did not know the particulars to tell us how to operarate it!
