Excellent staff and service

I liked the interior design and decorations. One of the front desk staff who received me was very friendly.

The staff at the front desk was very kind to give me the room key even though I was slightly earlier than the check-in time.

I would appreciate if there is announcement for the hotel lift maintenance (Thank God the wait was only 20minutes)

Great location,friendly staff, helped up with any query we had. We showed up five hours early for check in due to and early flight and they offered to hold our bags so we could enjoy the sites. Will be back.

Nothing - we only used the hotel to rest as we were out enjoying the city for most of our stay.

Good location for Airport bus - fairly close to metro . Reliable free wi-fi Friendly helpful staff and very reasonable price for Paris.

Room was a bit small and one side of our double bed was against the wall but otherwise comfortable enough. Breakfast at 17 Euros was rather expensive so we didn't bother with this - plenty of alternative choices nearby

Very clean and quiet room with excellent facilities. Very friendly and helpful personnel.The hotel is located in a very safe neighborhood, at 20 minutes walking distance from the Arc de Triomph, 10 minutes from Metro station Porte Maillot at line 1 that connects to quite a number of major sites in Paris. Many restaurants and shops nearby the hotel.

- We disliked the hotel rule to make copies of passport and credit cards at check in. Although we didn't make a drama on this matter, I wonder whether this is still allowed. - The beds are not particularly soft, but we slept well. - The breakfast is really overpriced. You'll find good and cheaper alternatives next door. In fact, there is a pretty good bakery at minutes walking distance.

Next to Paris Congress Center. Small but convenient room.

There was a water drainage problem with the builtin tap on the water drain of the bathtub but I could managed to solve it by myself. Lift was out of order for one night.

Breakfast was rather poor and furniture at buffet was very uncomfortable. Although chairs were soft and neat, they were very low to ground and because I am relatively tall person it was a very inconvenient experience for me

The location is very good. You can take Air France coach directly from CDG airport to the hotel. The Metro station is near to the hotel and it is easier for us to come back to hotel late. The staff is polite and enthuastic. They recommended some attractions for us and explained the map which was given by the hotel clearly. There is a modern shopping center that is a good news for shoppers.

the pillow cases were a little bit dirty.

Nice and comfortable. Small room but expected. Front desk spoke English and Sabastian was helpful. Closet space was small. Asked for a patio and was satisfied with it. Asked for extra pillows and had them in the room. Good location.
