W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub w przypadku nie pojawienia się Gościa w hotelu, hotel obciąży Gościa pełną opłatą za zarezerwowany pobyt.
Dzieci i dodatkowe łóżka
Wszystkie dzieci lub dorosłych - opłata w wysokości 100% ceny pokoju za dobę i osobę, jeżeli śpią na obecnych łóżkach.
Nie ma możliwości dostawienia dodatkowych łózek/ łóżeczek niemowlęcych w pokoju.
Dodatkowe opłaty nie zostaną automatycznie doliczone do całkowitego kosztu rezerwacji i muszą zostać uregulowane bezpośrednio w hotelu.
Depozyt
Hotel obciąży Gościa opłatą w wysokości 30 procent wartości całej rezerwacji, w dniu dokonania rezerwacji. Kwota ta podlega zwrotowi.

Good Location near the sea. Free Parking. Tasty wine. Large terrace. Upon request host refused to provide a second blanket with duve cover. The reason he provided: we booked a double room and are entitled to one blanket only. ; very small room; only one chair in double room; served uninspiring food in restaurant; no chairs on terrace |

The day we arrived everything was going wrong for the hotel. It was raining a lot and the electricity was cut. At the top of that, the roads were full of water and some of this came into the hotel. Despite that, the staff was very willing to serve us and very polite! The air condition was not working on hot!!!!! They brought us a second blanket. |

Clean and nice room. Parking ok. Breakfast (continental) ok. Window kept the traffic noice out. It's far from citycenter which was not explained in the guide. Heavy traffic outside the hotel made it impossible to enjoy the closeness to the sea. We were very dissapointed. |

Charming hotel and proprietor very welcoming and helpful. Room tastefully and comfortably decorated and equipped. Enjoyable meals could be taken in the secluded garden. Do not be put off by first impressionson approaching the hotel from the outside - the inside tells a different story. |

Great location next to a wonderful beach. The food was of an excellent quality and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful. Was described as being in St. Maxime but was in fact 6 Kilometers from the town itself. |

We enjoyed our stay at hotel la villa,the staff were very helpful,our room overlooked the beach,it was very comfortable and beautifully done out.the breakfast was probably overpriced,but dinner on an evening was excellent and not expensive. |

Kindness off the staff, extremly good cooking in the restaurant and great quality/price... Just 10 meters from the beach in St.Tropez vicinity... What could I say more?!? Rooms are a bit small but very charming and fully functional (and nice) bath too! |

10 steps from the beach side; the beach is just across the street. If you don't have the room with windows for the seaside, you'll have a room with a sun-deck! It's new, clean & tidy. Very value for money. |

The welcome was most agreable. They spoke to us in French once they recognised we could speak French. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The dîner was excellent. Parking is secluded. |

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel with its friendly staff, good restaurant, and location just in front of sea. Nothing at all. (There seemed to be some confusion in our booking and they upgraded our room - which was quite ok for us!) |

The location, the cleaness Too small rooms. The fan in the toilette not very efficient. No chairs, no night tables nor bedside lights in the room. Small napkins were missing. wif-fi connection not working in the room. Most distrustful was that all the lights in the hall were off around 10 pm and it was not possible to sit and have a conversation with friends. Also the breakfast was not worth the value |
