Very friendly staff, clean hotel rooms, nice and tidy bathroom, good air-conditioning, very central - vieille ville is only a five to ten minute walk away! no minibar, not so well soundproofed |

good location for getting to sea and old Nice. Near bus line and tram Owners claimed air conditioned which it was not as far as we could tell. Small room fan seemed inadequate for hot nights in Nice |

Great location in the middle of Nice, rooms were a little tired, however spacious and comfortable. There was quite a lot of road noise. |

Great location in the centre of Nice, the staff were friendly and helpful - they even organised washing for us! The room was large and comfortable. Parking was in a private garage around the corner. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |

We loved the location of the hotel. It's an easy walk from the hotel to the train and bus stations, the old town, good restaurants, the beach and the tram line. The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were always pleasant and helpful. Being from the southwestern U.S., we are not used to humid heat, so we occasionally wished that the air conditioning had been a little stronger. |

Great location, close to the old city area of Nice, the sea, and shopping. The managers and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We also appreciated having convenient access to a computer (at no charge!) |

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was perfect-cute and clean and a great value for our money. Location was central and close to the ocean. Street noise at night was noticeable but not too bad. |

The Hotel is neat and well taken care of. The man that spoke to me on my first day on the phone was pretending as if he did not hearing me as I was lost and could not find my way to the hotel. The woman that I met the following day was a very nice person.The internet connection went off by the second day, although there is a computer with internet connection along the passage.There was so much noise in the room coming from the street. |

I was surprised how nice this hotel was for the cost and location. Helpful staff, a short walk to the old town and the beach, down the street from the trams and bus lines, insulated windows, and free wireless internet. I can't complain. The thin walls and door weren't great, but I've definitely experienced worse. |

convenient location to most of the sites in Nice we wanted to see, not too far from the station either Noise from the street. Also the internal walls seem to be made of paper, one can hear the TV next door and also listen the conversation of the people there |
