Very friendly and helpful reception staff and the rooms are big. Location is excellent. Do not stay in one of the street-facing rooms on a Saturday night as there is a night-club that closes late at night and the revellers leaving are very noisy.

The hotel is quite well located and basically ok for a break of a few days. It has quite a high rating on the Booking Web Site, (at about 8.), however, in my opinion this is not justified. I would be prepared to stay there again, but would also try other options first if they were available.

Very clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff is very accomodating with a superb command of English. The location is very convenient. The continental breakfast is great. I am very satisfied with my room and with the Hotel Lafayette and had no problem deciding to extend my stay at this hotel.

Hotel in a very good location. Close to Place Massena, the tramline, shopping and easy walking distance to the Old Town and the train station. Staff very pleasant, polite and helpful. Spoke good English. We needed to stay an extra night and we were accommodated without even having to move rooms! Hotel very comfortable and clean.

This hotel is in a great location - close to beaches, shopping , restaurants plus bus and rail. The hotel staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Room was a good size, with coffee/tea facilities. We were on the first floor and found it a bit noisy, but shutting the balcony door solved that.

Останавливались в отеле на 10 дней в низкий сезон. Удовлетворены полностью: отличное расположение отеля в центре города рядом с Торговым центром, магазинами, остановками трамвая и автобусов; ненавязчивый персонал, который мог говорить даже на русском; чистые и просторные комнаты; всегда свежее белье; наличие интернета и хорошее отопление номеров. Никаких проблем с оплатой, никаких депозитов. Идеальное соотношение цены/качество (за проживание заплатили меньше, чем перелет). Завтраки не брали - в Ницце всегда можно где-то перекусить! Отсутствие холодильника. Но это несущественный недостаток.

Ligging is super. Klein hotel, kamers zijn eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht en alles is zeer netjes. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. Ontbijt (in buffetvorm) was OK. Klein minpuntje : het aanbod was wel steeds hetzelfde.

Ich wählte das Hotel wegen der Nähe zur Vieille Nice, dem Angebot eines Parkplatzes in einer Garage, WiFi im Zimmer und dem günstigen Preis. Über den Erwartungen war die Grösse und Sauberkeit des Badezimmers und das bequeme Bett. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach auch englisch. Bereits um 7 Uhr konnte ich den Duft von Croissants riechen. Guter Heizkörper im Zimmer, Klimaanlage musste daher laufen. Baubedingt eher ringhörig, fleckiger Teppich im Zimmer, etwas trickig zu bedienende Duschbrause. Allerdings haben mich diese Punkte nicht wirklich gestört. Da das Hotel in der ersten Etage des Hauses ist und nur über eine Treppe erreichbar ist es nicht für gehbehinderte Personen zu empfehlen.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo, la posizione centralissima, e la disponibilità di parcheggio a pochi metri dall'hotel Forse la categoria non da tre stelle ma nell'insieme il prezzo è adeguato, si trova di molto peggio a prezzi assurdi!

ロケーションが良く、市街地中心部および海岸には歩いていける。交通量の多い道路に面しているが、部屋は奥- まったところにあり、静か。 車で行く場合、前面および脇の道路とも交通量が多く、チェックイン時の一時駐車をする場所がホテル近辺にな- い。また一方通行道路が多いので大変。

对亚洲客人来说，有热水壶非常棒，房间整洁宽敞。位置也很棒，距离海边和汽车站，火车站都很近。 房间的吹风机是坏得，没有电梯，入住的时候前台小伙很热情，帮忙搬箱子，退房的时候前台是中年男，完全不帮- 忙，这么高的台阶，没有电梯，真的不方便。
