Excellent value for money, a Guide Michelin "BIB" (exeptional value for money) in the absolute city centre. Nice renovated and very comfortable. Very nice and friendly staff. In all looking forward returning. Difficult to find in a pedestrian zone with some special arrangements to enter hotel entrance. When enlighted no problem to drive to the door. |

Central location, good value for money and a fair level of cleanliness. Early check in was no issue following an early flight. Parking opposite. Linen and towels could all do with updating as extremely worn. |

Très bien situé, style ancien hôtel de grand luxe avec beaucoup de charme, très propre, facilité de stationnement au parking souterrain voisin. Pas d'internet à la chambre, pas de wifi dans le hall, personnel efficace mais peu chaleureux. |

De vriendelijke manager die je al na een dag het gevoel gaf dat hij je kende en die zeer behulpzaam en belangstellend was Je kon ruiken dat er wel eens gerookt werd op de kamer, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen, vrees ik. |

Hotel situé en plein centre de Pau, accès de la gare de Pau par le téléphérique en 10min très facile. Jolie chambre lumineuse donnant sur la place ou sur cour refaite récemment. Personnel très accueillant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Salle de bain un peu désuette mais très fonctionnelle. Un peu de bruit parfois la nuit si chambre donne sur la place Clémenceau, malgré le double vitrage. |
