The lady in the first day was so nice and helpful The location is near the man station Shopping mall, resturents, shops are around
In the second day the man in the reception took my bag and all stuff from the room and put them in the coredore although I renewed my stay for one more say via booking.com!!! When I asked them they said they didn't check my online renwal reservation That was so unresposble from them at least they should put my stuffs including my passport and my iPad in the secured plac! Some nose at night from the street
There were no functional lifts, no carpets, non functional door locks. Holes in the wall. No facility to park and offload you luggage. The receptionist smelled of smoke and liquor and had oily hair. No change for cash payment at check out. The toilet was broken. No curtains. Bathroom is extremely small. Highly over priced. Ive paid less for 4 star hotels in France. Daylight robbery!!! Not the picture it puts forward and should be avoided at all cost.
Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Room looked like it was recently updated. Close to train station.
Nice place, clean and quite
The room itself was good value for the last minute rate i paid. What really stood out for me was how kind the staff were. I was a tired and scruffy looking backpacker who had to wait around for five hours after check out for my onward train. Despite this, the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. When I asked for information about the area I was provided with helpful advice. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. You give French hospitality a good name.
Some wifi issues, possibly due to stormy weather.
Great facilities and very clean.
A bit noisy, the renovation process is not over yet and thus it still smells of fresh paint.
Nice newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. Walked to lovely large park, great for picnics or runs through the zoo to the beautiful walking paths on the river Rhone
No air conditioning
The staff was incredibly nice. It is not usually that you become friends with the recepcionist, but we did during the two nights that I spent there. It was a wonderful surprise comparing to the service I experienced in other hotels. The staff makes even the crappiest hotel look like a 5* resort.
Really nice reception staff. Very helpful thanks :)
Room and bathroom very dated, but to be expected for the low price.
Location was good, near to metro, buses and train. Room was comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Bathroom was clean and fine but could do with updating as looking bit worn.
The hotel location is really good, very close to the underground, 3 minutes walk. The room was very comfortable with big TV and tea and coffee facilities and a big bed.
The bathroom was a bit disappointing, very basic shower and the shower tub was blocked. They need to improve on that. The breakfast price should be lower because the food offered is not worth the 11 Euros.
The comfort of the bed !!
Reasonable pricing for the area and shopping. Comfortable and quiet
Forget to renew coffee, toilet paper, towels. Beds were not thoroughly made, just covers thrown back on.
It was quite close to the metro. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was excellent. We enjoyed chatting to the very helpful multilingual gentleman at the desk who was able to answer all our questions.
The only problem we encountered was finding the parking station where we could leave the car overnight
A really nice and helpful staff with great English. The location isn't in the old town but the underground is 2 minute walk from the hotel. Some good restaurants, including LÉst (Bocuse). Also a very nice store right next door called Casino, with a good selection of cheeses and wines.
There was nothing we didn't like. I could just recommend to install mini refrigirators into the rooms because of the cheeses and wine :)
the location, very close to our French friend.
The poorness of equipments in the room. No hairdryer at all. Only one face towel to share.
location was within walking distance of the congress center about 2km.
paying over 100 euro's for a night was very over priced, having stayed in many hotels all over Europe the cost of this hotel in ratio of it's quality was not good.
good location, free internet, comfortable room and bed, large tv, calm of the street...
breakfast a bit expensive.
