Very modern design in room. Excellent obliging staff.

Hotel partly under renovation. We checked inon wednesday. It eas intolerably noisy and we had to go out immediately to avoid the noise. We were afraid the workers would start early on thursday but this was a day off. It was unfair of the hotel not o inform us of the serious noise t the time of booking. We would have gone elsewhere. I think they owe us an explanation and a partial refund.

Very nice newly refurbished room and access to spa area. Well located for the historical 'higher town', port area and direct access down steps to promenade/beach. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel garage has very tight spiral access between the two underground levels, especially for longer vehicles.

Comfort, quality and attention to fine detail. Excellent continental breakfast with 5 different choices of organic local bread, plus cooked breakfast if requested of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Rooms large, clean and very comfortable and well laid out. T.v. in 5 european languages. Staff, helpful, friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will definitely come again. Many thanks to the MERCURE team.for a TERRIFIC, much needed break !

Comfort and all mod cons. Tv with satelite and sale of drinks from the lobby. Relaxing environment, with excellent views of the beach at breakfast. Local to the best bits of Granville and parking.

Bland generic hotel with no individual style. But soon forgotten once I just wanted to chill out watching 'Come Dine with me' on the bed in the middle of the afternoon with a chilled diet coke. Well I was on holiday! :-)

Excellent bed, not noisy room at all even window to the street. Big room we stayed in room for 3 and there were plenty of space. Super trustworth staff who returned my 3 bottles of champange which I had forgot into the fridge. it was even cold when I picked it up the day after check out.Perfect breakfast at the outdoor terrace !

No restaurant at the hotel. Only serving breakfast.

The receptionist was so helpful to us in accomodating our young child, while the stay at the hotel was very relaxing. The Breakfast buffet is Mercure standard, so that's pretty good - nice view over the sea/promenade. It is up a steep hill but very close to the town centre (you could always get a taxi back up !). We would definitely stay there again.

The only point to note, for me as a driver, is the underground parking which is very tight. I was able manage it, but I can imagine older people might have a lot of problems trying to park down there.

Lovely little hotel right next to the beach, but also close to lots of bars, cafes and shops.

The underground parking would be very tight if you have a big car.

Large, comfortable, clean room. Central location, really friendly staff. On-site car parking (it's a fairly small garage but I suppose it depends on how good a driver you are – we have a big car but had no problem). Good value for money. It's a bit of a climb up but there is a lift, so don't be put off. Midday check-out, which is generous compared with pretty much everywhere else.

They took the payment from my card as soon as I'd booked, which I really don't like. Breakfast at €13 is ridiculously expensive - we were there for Friday night and popped down into the town on the Saturday morning (which incidentally was market day - great!) and had breakfast for less than half their price.

Das Hotel wird zurzeit gerade umgebaut, Handwerker beeinträchtigen ein wenig den Betrieb, Wir wurden davon nicht ,wie behauptet in Kenntnis gesetzt.

Sa situation en surplomb de la mer et la vue qui en découle .Déjeuner dans sa terrasse panoramique sur la mer met de bonne humeur dès le matin.Son accès direct a la plage est un gros plus.

Ne changez rien.

Accueil, calme, confort et propreté.

Accessibilité délicate du parking.
