Le Mathurin    

Location, near Auber station for RER. Room was good, balcony is nice! Toiletteries are of good quality. I stayed in the most basic room & it was already comfortable & sufficient for my needs.

Price. Bathroom door can't be kept open.

The staff was extremely helpful. They helped with restaurant and show reservations. Very attentive and the hotel is immaculate. Great hotel.

He room was small for US standards, but this is to be expected in Europe. The room was nicely decorated and was exactly as described on the website

Location - it was very handy location to major tourist spots and shopping. Atmosphere – Lobby bar lounge was really comfortable in grace. Front desk staff - Very professional.

There was not tea/coffee facility in a room.

Excellent location in 8e close to Metro and main business centres.

Room was on the small side even for Paris caused by the room layout (wasted space near the door).

The location of this charming boutique hotel is very good, at walking distance of several metro stations, including Madeleine and the Gare St Lazare. The decoration is traditional but impeccable, very clean. The bathroom is very roomy and they offer l'Occitane amenities. I loved and would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast not included and quite expensive, € 27.

The location of hotel is nice and a lot of subway station around our hotel and also there is a train station here and they provid l'occitane stuff, room is clean and comfortable and also have a balcony and staff is very nice ,and also very close to roissy bus from cdg airport it is so convient to laffayate and a safe area

The room is so small after I stowed my rollerbags there is no place for me to streth my legs and some staff are very nice and willing to answer your question and some are not

Very conveniently situated, about 10 minutes walk from the Place de la Concorde. Smallish boutique-type hotel, with very personal feel to it. Standard room not over large, but had everything needed. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful.

My preference would have been for a dry sauna rather than the Turksih bath in the spa, but this is only a minor reservation.

The location was excellent. The staff was very polite and they did everything to make this trip memorable for us.

The breakfast area is to dark and the breakfast is way to expensive in relation to what you get.

The breakfast was totally overpriced for what was on offer, and there was no shelved storage space in some rooms which made putting clothes away quite tricky.

Well located with friendly staff and nicely decorated room. Lift was a decent size for a change.

The basic room price was too high and the price of buying breakfast is far too high.

The Brerakfast price of 27 euros seems exhorbitant considering the relatively high cost of the room. (450 euros) My opinion is breakfast should included in such a room charge

Location and rooms' cosmetics are perfect! Great breakfasts with freshly-squized orange juice and delicious food. Receptionists advised us very good restaurants not far from the hotel to have very nice launch/dinner.

There were two lifts in the part where I stayed, and a third one for the 'luxury' part, so it was easy to get one. Central location. Cosy, clean hammam and jacuzzi. Brand cosmetic supplies in the bathroom.

They have apparently room service orders delivered from somewhere else. Somebody mixed something up and I waited over an hour for my Caesar salat.

The location, decor and staff of Le Mathurin were the elements that made our weekend break in Paris very special. The staff were particularly helpful, friendly and pleasant on all occasions and we loved our room.

The spa is tiny and I wouldn't really describe it as such. It is beautiful and we were lucky to have it to ourselves but any more than two people would be claustrophobic!

Very friendly staff. Really nice interior design (the lobby, bar area but also our room). We arrived in the morning and were positively surprised because our room was already ready before 'official time' (around 10am).

while enjoying the sofa corners and library collection it's nice to have a drink, but the bar is not always staffed

I booked this hotel just because of Spa. But I could not enjoy it as it was fully booked all the time and basically I just wasted money because of it. I don't really understand what is the point of closing the whole Spa just because someone booked a massage :| Disappoint all clients because of 50 € massage is not logical at all. Many of stuff do not speak english, this is just incredible as I see many French people with perfect english struggling to find the job in this time, I guess the recruitment team assume people based on connections not skills.

The room felt new, clean and cosy. I particularly appreciated: * receiving the wifi code immediately on check-in, * the balcony with the beautiful roof-top view, * having a bath in the en-suite, * the good quality, varied breakfast buffet.

As always in Paris, the beds are narrow and short and the rooms are small.
