Good location, very clean, great room. When we arrived in our room there was a leak in the washroom. Within 10 minutes there was a gentleman there to fix it.

We were offered use of their steam room and whirlpool, which is located in their spa. It's open from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Anytime I went down there to use it, not only were their no employees to be found, there were so many doors I probably opened five before I found the whirlpool and it was locked. No signage to say "in use" or "closed". Never did get to use either over the 3 days we were there.

The Internet was really bad. We could not connect to the Internet at all.

Very nice atmosphere. Very cosy, comfortable and stylish. Creates very positive mood at the very beginning although the rooms are quite small. Very good breakfasts. Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing. Highly recommend especially for couples.

Very Good location, nice designe and clean rooms

I like the design and the location.

Everything was perfect except slow internet connection through wifi, but when you are in Paris it is not THAT important. The team was very helpful and attentive, rooms are very cosy and we loved a lot the idea of putting small library inside the room. We didn`t have breakfast included, but tried it once and it was perfect: price is very reasonable, big choice, nice ambiance!!! Location of the hotel is wonderful: small street, not noisy, but walking distance from all main sites: Louvre, Opera, Madeleine, shopping streets, metro station. Rooms are clean and have all main facilities, they are not too big, but this is typical problem for Paris. I strongly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again!!!

The hotel lives up to four star standards and has a nice design feel about it. The rooms are on the small side, but quite normal in the French market. Room/bathrooms/bedding are at or above expectations. Especially nice were the public areas... great for reading early morning, business meeting, or cocktails with friends. Also, very easy bus commute to CDG on the Roissybus. 7 minute walk to the hotel. 10 euro/60 euro taxi.

27 euro for brekkie is a bit steep. I understand one can purchase the breakfast for 15 euro if you book directly and in advance. This was mentioned in the booking.com option.
