We liked the hotel very much. Lady on reception was professional and polite, assisted use with choosing restaurant for dinner in Auxerre. The room was comfortable, clean, enough size and well decorated. Breakfast for 11 Eur was very good with wide choice of food, juices and good coffee. No free Wi-Fi but we could survive with that :-) |

This is a well located hotel for exploring Auxerre which is a real delight to explore by day and in the evening. The restaurant recommendation from the front desk was excellent. The hotel is on the river but the road in front is noisy so ask for a quiet room at the back looking over the private car park and the old wall of the abbey above. The lift is usual French - tiny !! |

The receptionist was friendly & helpful,even offering us a private parking space on arrival and accompanying us to our room. The hotel is full of character & our room was obviously recently refurbished in muted colours & traditional style. The location was good & our room overlooked the river. |

Good locatioan at the lakeside. Can be a little noisy if you get a room towards the road (as we did), but no problem with windows closed. Good privat parking. Nice breakfast and breakfast room. Very helpfull staff. |

The wifi was free and access was easy. The staff were all courteous and they discovered a document of ours in the room after we had left and contacted us by email to find out what to do with it. I thought this was very courteous. |

The hotel was close to the town centre facing the river so a nice view was granted. They also did not charged me for the parking as I was with a motorbike. On check-in we met the rudest guy of the whole trip (not even "goodmorning" when we arrived and not a single word, just pointing stuff (I spoke French with him so no excuse for his rude ways). Room was not very clean and there were webnet and spiders in corners. |

Malerische Lage am Ufer der Yonne, Flair eines Gebäudes im "alten" Stil, gut und geschmackvoll restauriertes Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiter Lärm der stark befahrenen Uferstraße, unser Zimmer war etwas zu eng und verfügte nicht über genügend Ablagefläche für Koffer, Kleidung etc. |
