Good family room with separate rooms. Nice view on vineyards, good reception. Good buffet-breakfast.

The bells of the church awoke me every hour.

The wine tasting was wonderful! The woman helping us was fantastic!!

My husband and I were looking forward to celebrating our Anniversary! However, when we arrived they said we didn't have reservations. I showed them the confirmation from booking.com. The woman then stated that we cancelled our reservation. Finally, the woman admitted to the mistake that the hotel made. The hotel was overbooked and they forgot to contact booking.com. So, the hotel cancelled our reservation without letting us know or booking.com know. She then gave us an extremely small room that was nothing like the pictures on the website. We told her that the description of the room on booking.com said there was a balcony and she said only a few rooms had them but they were all booked. After much discussion and tears, she agreed to give us the room we originally booked for the 2nd night of our stay. The rest of the staff was kind enough. And, the original room we stayed in the second night was beautiful. I would recommend walking into town to the Medieval Tavern for dinner though. The food at the hotel's restaurant was okay, but you could tell it wasn't great French food and the sauces were a little watery. However, the fondue we had that the tavern the second night was some of the best French food we've ever had and it was cheaper!!

It is in a beautiful little village. We used it as a stopover, but it would have been nice to explore the area more

La serveuse (cheveux courts, lunettes, entre 40 et 50 ans) est très, très desagréable: elle tournais le dos quand je voulais demander quelque chose, elle jetais avec des choses, elle ne voulait pas servir du pain, etc. La patronne de l'hôtel ferait mieux de la virer. Ne plus jamais nous y retournerons!!

Le serveuse au petit déjeuner se permettait de faire des commentaires sur nos demandes "normales" et elle jurait à voix haute!

Wir waren begeistert von der Umgebung - rundum die Weingärten - wir werden im Herbst nochmals dort hinfahren.

l'accueil vraiment très sympathique dans cet hotel...

ne pas savoir si nous pouvions prendre le petit déjeuner dans notre chambre ou même seulement savoir jusqu'à quelle heure nous pouvions prendre le petit déjeuner, il n'y avait personnne à l'accueil le soir vers 10h30

La situation est execellente le vue sur les vignes est superbe l acceuil est chaleureux sauf petit bémol pour nous le restaurant est excellent mais fermé le mercredi.

Simplement la fermeture du restaurant le mercredi soir.

j'ai aimé sa situation, au calme et proche des sites à visiter.la cave à vin situé dans le même etablissement et degustation à volonté.sa vue sur les vignes.ses chambres tres confortables.interieur de l'hotel tres joli. demi pension à partir de 2 nuits, mais prevenir le restaurant de bonne heure

bien prendre avec soi la confirmation de booking .com, un petit litige est apparu lors de la facture, mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre avec le sourire.
