Hôtel Le Relais Saint Charles    

Clean and quiet room, no problems with Wi-Fi connection, rather good location. There is an authentic Parisian market place in front of the hotel during Sunday mornings.

Cleaning lady came twice in our room while the sign "do not disturb" was on our door. Rather slow Wi-Fi, no supervised parking within the 500m radius.

Central, comfortable and clean with helpful and friendly staff. .

The receptionist was very helpful and spoke english very well.

The receptionists were very polite, kind and helpfull. They speak very good English. The bathroom was quite big as for Paris standards. The hotel is rather small so it is very quite. The locatation is the giggest advantage - just about 500 meters from Eiffel Tower.

Comfortable

Bit pricey

The room was very comfortable with a king size bed and large bathroom. The hotel is well situated across the street from the metro station and in the vicinity of numerous cafes and specialty shops. The metro offers easy and quick access to all of what a tourist in Paris is looking for. The hotel offered good value for money and we appreciated the willingness of the receptionist to book an appointment for us to visit the Carnival Museum, which incidentally I can highly recommend. It certainly added to the magic of what is Paris!

The location was in a non tourist area, however, only a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower area. The Metro was right outside the front door. Beds were very comfortable and every thing is very clean and well cared for. The Staff is wonderful and very helpful, and English was not a problem. Will Stay there again!

The rooms are compact, in a very European fashion. But how much time do you spend in the room?

First of all, location is perfect. Eifel Tower is just 10 minutes of walking distance. There is also lots of bistros, restaurants, markets around. Room was also nice and clean. Le Relais Saint Charles is definitely a good choice for travellers that want to stay in city center with an affordable price

Nothing was dissapointing in general but broken POS machine caused us a bit problem at check-out.

Wi-fi connection of very low quality

Nice small clean hotel close to Eiffel Tower but not on open top bus line. Staff were not overly friendly but nobody is in Paris. If I ever returned to Paris which I never will I would stay in a hotel closer to champs de élysées as there is much more to see on that side

No safe in the room and also no safety deposit box available at reception.

Excellent location right on Dupliex Metro line. Just 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Local markets on Saturdays and Wednesday. Lots of eating places to choose from.

I cannot fault this hotel. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are well designed and very clean. The self service buffet for breakfast is excellent with a good choice and no restrictions on what you can eat. The hotel is very well situated, close to the Metro and within easy walk to the river and the Eiffel Tower. It is very good value for money

Everything about the hotel was excellent,location,facilties and staff were superb-will use again and strongly recommend this hotel.

Spain and Thailand

Weather in Paris on April/ it was cold for April in France.

I really like this hotel. Great location, nothing better than see the hotel right after you get off from metro, especially after a 13hour flight. Very safe area, close the Eiffel tower. Clean room, not very big but enough. Very clean bathroom, has everything you need.

Maybe the money. It's affordable if you book early but if not, it's a little bit too high. Overall it's great hotel.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The location was wonderful. Room small but was neat and comfortable. Breakfast for an extra charge was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The first night the halls were noisy but didn't happen after the first night.

Really good location, small but tidy and clean room, spacious bathroom with hot tub (well equipped), comfy bed with huge blanket, good pillows, free wifi connection. We loved the small market right in front of the hotel which takes place on wednesdays and sundays. If you want a look of the Eiffel Tower ask for a superior room on 5th floor. We got one automatically which is nice.

Breakfast was nothing special for the price, although it is normal in Paris. Most hotels offer the same basic buffet food.

The hotel was very clean and opposite the Metro however we did not hear the trains. We arrived early and were able to check in without any trouble at all.
