Well located, with parking fascilities

I could not find any internet access in the room. To my opinion, any hotel room today, used mainly by business people should be equiped with internet as a standard service without having to look or ask for it.

The staff was always very accommodating and friendly. they were also helpful becuause we did not speak French but they were always so helpful. The room was very beautiful.

The shower was not very functional. The water came too directly overhead leaving you no way to avoid the stream if you didn't want to wet your hair. There was no soap rest in the shower and that was inconvenient. Another major problem was the use of the internet. There was never a good enough connection to be able to keep in touch with the kids at home or to check email.

The hotel seemed clean; freshly painted walls and the towels and bedding were nicely laundered. Bed firm and comfortable

Given a room (Number 30) facing a busy and noisy road. It was hot and because the air-conditioning was not working, I had to keep the windows open. When I complained the following morning the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders. The only bedding was a heavy duvet; no separate sheet for a hot night. The room included an IKEA kitchenette in one corner with sink, fridge, electric hob and microwave. But these were no use because no cooking utensils, crockery or cutlery were provided, not even a kettle for tea or coffee. There was no shower curtain or screen on the bath and it was impossible not to get water all over the bathroom floor. With no shelf to put toothpate/brushes etc these were left on the floor and were all soaked. Everything considered, a very unsatisfactory and expensive hotel..

La chambre réservée présentait une forte odeur de tabac froid. Immédiatement la réception de l'hotel a proposé une autre chambre...plus grande ! Excellente réactivité

Situation centrale, design

Pas de room-service dans la partie "résidence", salle de bain sans confort, parking difficile à trouver

La décoration; le personnel du restaurant, très sympathique;la cuisine.

Une personne de notre groupe avait réservé une chambre deux jours avant et finalement annulé celle-ci 24 heures avant.On lui imputait les 180 euros relatif au paiement de cette chambre qui avait étè relouée entretemps.Il nous a fallu réagir plus que vivement pour qu'on nous annonce le lendemain de notre arrivée qu'il serait recrédité sur sa carte.

Je trouve dommage de ne pas avoir pu bénéficier d'un plateau repas dans la chambre (même si l'excellent repas proposé au restaurant et le service chaleureux m'ont presque fait oublier que je dinais seule).
