Wonderful location, close to Odeon Metro, cafes, shops and an easy walk to the Seine, Louvre, etc. Warm and inviting, comfortable and quiet; friendly staff, excellent, included breakfast, and the free internet access was most welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel. |

Lovely breakfast room with a very nice authentic selection of French pastries, etc. Women working in there were very pleasant also. We reserved a room for three people and were given a room with two twin beds pushed together where we all three had to cram into the bed with one person stuck in the middle crack. Also, hotel was advertised for having AC and it didn't work during our whole week in Paris. We were miserable being in the tiny room with no AC. |

Great location. Friendly English speaking staff (mostly). Quaint and very Parisian. Lived up to my expectations. Helpful with booking tours and airport transportation. Great little hotel. Cab stand right around the corner. Pricey, but then aren't all Paris hotels? Cabs will not come to the hotel...this is a Paris complaint...not the fault of the hotel. Really no complaints. |

The hotel has an excellent location, and although beeing in a busy street is rather quite. The rooms are reasonably well sized (according to Paris standards) with nice old like wooden ceilings. The small hotel size and the nice decoration of the utility areas give to it a very warm and charm flavour. The internet service was not functioning during the three days of our stay there, which I believe it was not just accidental. |

We got a nice room facing the backyard. Therefore it was very quiet and we could open the window to get fresh air. The room was renovated. The bathroom was pleasant. The towel rack kept the towels warm and crisp. The night shift men at the reception were very nice and co-operative while the woman at the day shift was unsympathetic and cold. |

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was very good with very efficient staff, The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. When the windows were opened it was a little noisy, but as soon as we closed then the room was very quiet and peaceful.Location was excellent had a very pleasant stay. I used trip advisor for advice on this hotel and it worked very well. |

Breakfasts were great; location was fabulous. The air con worked poorly and as a result the room was hot and stuffy. If we opened the window, it was too noisy. I would only recommend a room at the back of the hotel, not at the front, because of the noise. |

The hotel staff spoke English well and were polite and helpful. The location was convenient to patisseries, coffee, and cafes. The toilet did not flush easily after the first use and the water ran almost continually to refill the tank. |

We loved this hotel! The room was great, the breakfast was great, the staff was the best! I would go back without hesitation. Close walking to some wonderful restaurants, close to the Hop on Hop Off bus, and within walking distance of the Loivre as well as Notre Dame and Musee D'Orsee! You can't go wrong here! |
