Fantastic location in Saint Germain within easy walking distance to cafes and all the tourist attractions. The staff here were great, very helpful. Good size room also given usually rooms in paris are tiny. Very happy

Wifi was quite slow and offline for two days during our one week stay but otherwise nothing to fault!!

I loved the location of the hotel. Right in the heart of the city with quick and easy access to the Metro as well as popular attractions (Louvre, Musee D'Orsay and Cathedral de Notre Dame). I asked for a Super Shuttle to the airport and scheduling that was very easy and convenient and efficient.

The hair dryer was inconvenient as you had to press the button the entire time while drying my hair. There were only 2 bathtowels and no washcloths. The soap was not refilled daily. Overpriced for the amenities that come with hotel The WiFi kept dropping so you were required to keep logging in every few minutes in order to keep the connection. Although it was a Best Westernproperty, the property was old. I thought that we would have a room with a street view and instead it was a view of the other side of the building. The breakfast which was 12 Euros per person per night was not worth the money. They should offer more hot items and better selection if they are charging that exorbitatnt amount. We went around the corner to a little cafe and paid less and got a more satisfying meal the second morning. The staff was nice, we did have to ask for an Iron to be brought up which was delivered quickly. Would have liked to have a safe in the room with a combination lock..There was a key lock with no key so had to take valuables with us on our day trips. IF the price was 50 Euros less then it would be perfect.

Location is excellent. Rooms are small but good for the 6th. Very quiet on the cours. Bathroom was the best I have seen in 3 star hotel in Paris.

Reception could have been more friendly.

Interesting Period Building, great location for Restaurants, shops, bars, St Michel, St Germain, Notre Dame,St Chapelle,The Louvre,Eiffel Tower, The River Seine etc.

Rooms were a Little Small and lacked good Wardrobe and Shelf space.Getting Wifi was temperamental, however the bathroom and shower worked very well.

Fair sized room for a family of 4 with a fabulous bathroom

Room was a bit dark with no natural light. Value for money was questionable.

Location, Location. If you like the cafe scene this is the place to stay. Also in walking distance to Notre Dame and Louvre.

Make sure you get a front room. Back rooms are very dark.

Superb location and short walk to the Louvre and cafes nearby. Chose this for the character of the building rather than the more modern clean lines on newer hotels. It did not disappoint.

    Comfortable room.

Our cleaning guy must have stepped on our iPad. When we came home that night, the screen was cracked. We talked to the desk clerk and thare wasn't much she could do. The only electric plug in was under the desk so we had to set the iPad on the floor, as well as our coffee pot, curling iron, and hairdryer. Not too convenient.
