The Lenox Saint Germain is situated in the heart of famous Saint Germain des Près neighborhood, full of antique shops, luxury boutiques and high-class restaurants. The hotel's charming Art Déco decoration and individually decorated rooms promise you an unforgettable stay. We really loved our stay at Lenox. The location was perfect, close to Louvre, Notre Dame etc. Lots of gorgeous galleries and shops close by. The staff were really helpful and friendly also the adjoining bar/ breakfast room was great. Rooms comfortable although very small. Tasteful. I will stay here again.

The Hotel Lenox is charming and comfortable in a superb location - it is on a quiet street just a few blocks from Blvd St Germain and the Musee d'Orsay. Although the rooms are typically small, they are well appointed and have all the necessities. The reception area is cozy and a great place to relax and read. There is a computer & printer in the reception area that is handy for checking email or getting on the internet The bar area is intimate and trendy - I preferred taking breakfast in the bar rather than the buffet room downstairs. The reception & bar staff speak excellent English and are generally friendly and helpful. I stayed at the hotel twice in 2011 and had good experiences both times. The hotel staff are not always consistent. It depends who is on duty. Hence my rating of "Fair".

Very convenient location, helpful staff, pleasant lobby and bar. Small room but very well laid out and convenient. Appreciate modern shower and price was competitive. Also glad it was air conditioned towards the end of our visit when temperatures where high. The room was small but we are used to that in Europe so really nothing we didn't like.

A great location . St Germain is a great central location, good food and easy access by bus or train to most of Paris. Check out other hotels in the area. A great location but the staff totally let the place down. The reception staff couldn't have been more unfriendly if they tried. On arrival the personal call the reception staff was taking was far more important than booking us in - 15 minutes without an acknowledgment and then only when someone else asked did he bother to hold the call and basically throw us the key. No hello - welcome - no information in the room re faciilities and when we asked, we were told it was there. It was not! But we gave up the fight. Room has no fridge. Made a booking for taxi and told they would give us change later when they had it - no change given until we demanded it. Left a very bad feeling about trust with the staff. If you would like assistance with your stay in Paris - don"t stay here. Internet good when it works but don't rely on it - we needed to urgently use the service and we were basically it will work tomorrow.

Great location in the 7th arrondissement, close to the Jardins de Luxembourg, le Musee D'Orsay, multiple restaurants on every block, good shopping, very safe and interesting neighbourhood. As is the normal case in Europe, very small room. The hotel needs to do some upgrading to make the hotel meet standards, i.e. if you look closely, you'll see that the plumbing is not new or 100% clean...lots of rings around faucets, hard water/rust stains, etc. Some things have been modernized, but are by no means modern.

Location is perfect !Right in the middle of Parsi, walking distance to museums, Eiffel, Champs-Elysee, and St. Germain is very very close .The room was clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. Be very specific about your room, they have different decorated - old and new rooms for all their categories. Make sure you specify exactly which one you want. Rooms service not good, everyday they forgot something, one day they forgot to put on the pıllow covers !!!..Torn bath towels.. The rooms are small, but managable..

Location is great, hotel itself was nice in a number of ways, including a nicely done up room. When we arrived to check in, the receptionist was on the phone to a friend and just looked at us expectantly, which was also the case when we handed in our door key at reception to go out again (which is a pain to do if the receptionist has stepped away from the desk). We had to sleep with the window open in the middle of winter because the room was so warm - we were told there is no way of fixing this as the air conditioning is unilaterally turned off during winter. The shower head is strangely mounted at about waist level, meaning you have to remove it from its cradle and hold it up yourself. We tried to have a drink at the bar one evening and were told the bartender hadn't turned up for work.

This is my second stay here at Hotel Lenox and will probably be my hotel the next trip to Paris! The location is excellent in a quiet area, with many cafes, bakeries, and restaurants just around the corner, plus some great shopping. Walking distance to the Louvre and Orsay museums, with a metro stop just a few blocks away to get anywhere in the city. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly as well, really like this hotel! It is a bit pricey, even more so during the holidays but in my opinion worth the money. We had some very loud neighbors this trip, and learned that the walls are pretty thin, which was not a problem on my first stay. Our bathroom could have used some touch ups as well.

Good hotel in an excellent location. Pleasant room and staff were very helpful, especially the young man on reception who organised an electric fan for my room - most impressed. Will stay here again.

I liked the location of the hotel, the staff were very good, and the room was comfortable although quite small compared to the photos they show on the web site! The street where the hotel is has a magnificent array of restaurants, cafes and wonderful shops, all just a few minutes away walking up the street. Loved it. I did not like the fact that there is so much noise coming into my room from the adjencent rooms. I was privy to my neighbours conversations and arguments.

It is in a very good location, the rooms are nice (but small) and they are clean. The staff is very helpful and were very nice. The only thing I would have liked is a in room fridge. It is in an area where you can buy good cheese and sausage for an in room or area picinic...

Hotel is very well situated in Paris close to many tourist sites and the excellent dining and shopping of the arty St Germain area. Room was well appointed comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast (extra cost) options were reasonable and convenient. The hand held shower in the bath was located on the wall at a very low level. For those used to an overhead shower head it made showering a little awkward. May have just been our room.

Terrific location in Paris. Very helpful staff. Rooms very small by US standards, but that is a prime location in Paris at the standard fare.

“Perfectly situated in central Paris for visiting the 'sights'. The duplex room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with coffee & tea- making facilities. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and were always cheerful and welcoming. Breakfast in the delightful cellar was excellent. ” Carole, Sompt |
