Nice clean room but on the small side, the restaurant at the hotel is quite nice.

I wish there were a mini-fridge in the room.

Nice sauna and rest room in the spa. Staff in spa are friendly & helpful.

(1) Staff tryes to be helpful but couldnt manage what you ask for. When we decided leave hotel one night earlier and asked for refund, it took more than 20 min to receive "no". (2) photo of the hotel is better than it is. The corridors are like in 2* hotel. (3) the hotel hasn't it's soul. Atmosphere is like for just one night stand.(4) you couldnt sleep with opened balcony - too noisy.

Amazing views of Mont Blanc. Very central location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was warm and comfortable.

Swimming pool was closed for repairs when we stayed, but we were informed of this a few weeks prior to our stay.

It was closer to the city center than expected, very friendly staff, spacious rooms to be an european hotel

Hot-tub was too small - it only fits 4 people in it and there are about 10 people waiting just to get in the hot-tub after a long day of skiing. Rooms could use a little bit of upgrading

Excellent staff- very friendly and helpful. They had great restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. The bus stop to the mountain is right across the street- very convenient. You can buy lift tickets at the reception. They have a locker room downstairs to hold your skis and boots. Nice sized rooms. Would stay here again.

I liked everything about the hotel, especially the outdoor pool which I used every day of my stay.

Having to pay 22 Euro for a really small glass of champagne. Def overcharged.

The Hotel was beautiful. The room was clean and nice decoration. It was good value for money. The Restaurant is really good too.

Spa. Outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. The staff were very professional, kind and thoughtful.

Slightly old such as the lift, carpet, spa. The quality+location over price ratio is low. I mean it is over rated for its price. Having said that, this hotel pays dearly for heating their swimming pool with few people using it ( temp of 24 to 26 degree c in icy cold winter) One should always interpret website reviews with caution as it is very subjective and can be manipulated.

It was comfortable stay, we all enjoyed the ambience. The staff we all extremely helpful, especially the fact that we couldn't speak a word of French.
