The hotel, spa and restaurant staff were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The spa was very nice, services were excellent and we were happy to find that general use for the hot tub, steam room and sauna were available to all hotel residents. All in all a very good value. The rooms facing the street are quite noisy and all rooms (we had two) were very warm during the night. |

We did not want to leave!!!!!!! This hotel was one of the best we ahve stayed at after a month of travel, staff were exceptional and the location is great only mins walk to main centre. If you are looking for a great breakfast eat at Elevation 1904 the best food we have in all of Europe and cheap, 10 euro for full cooked American B/Fast. |

Good price for Chamonix, the pool area and nice rooms. There was a rich wall-to-wall carpet in the hotel room. That gathers tons of dust and the air in the room thus wasn't the best possible. |

It was convenient to the bus and rail station and also to the city centre. The room was hot and stuffy and i would have liked air conditioning or a fan.The lighting in the room was not strong enough for me to read. I would have liked a strong reading light. |

The hotel staff was very professional, friendly, spoke excellent English, provided us with great tips on hiking. We also like the breakfast buffet in the morning, another big plus is the hotel location - right next to the lift Aiguille du Midi. Many French TV channels, lack of German and English speaking programs |

Hotel was very clean, nicely furnished, pretty good location. Off-season price was reasonable. Breakfast should be included in the price - makes the stay more relaxed. Spa area could open a lot earlier and close later (now opens at 10 am and closes at 8 pm). |

Great location, nice and clean rooms, friendly stuff. Only 2 English channels, Jacuzzi always occupied. Surroundings around swimming pool not finished. No sun beds around the pool. |

That the room was perfect with a fine view, hotel staff very nice and the rest of the areas of the hotel (restaurant, bar etc) were very nice as well The self service coffee making during breakfast and the lack of mini bar in the room |

Opened after major refurbishment on 20 December 2008 - so all comments prior to this are irrelevent. Spa, pool, hot tub and hammam, parking, free fast interent access, clean, balcony, view of Mont Blanc from pool/hot tub, Bar. 5 Minutes walk from main street. Close to Aiguille du Midi lift Still finishing off the refurbishment - but very close to complete. Smell of paint and workman stll wandering arond the building |
