The hotel was conveniently located for the town centre and the cable cars. It was difficult to get a drink at the bar at night time. On the morning we were due to check out (check out time 12 noon), the cleaner kept knocking on our door from 9am, so much for a sleep-in on our last day of hols! The bedroom was also quite small and cramped. |

fancy hotel with modern decoration. Hotel name is not very clear, I confused with another Bestwestern nearby. |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a good location for easy access to the city centre. There were excellent spa facilities with a warm water swimming pool and jacuzzi that guests were happily using in mid October. |

The rooms were very modern and clean - the hotel restaurant was very good with a decent selection of food and wine and the price was very reasonable for the area and the clean and modern rooms and facilities |

The hotel is really new. The bed is very clean and comfortable. I love how the room is presented. It makes me feel like being at home. I arrived before the checking-in time but I did notify them during my booking. They had the room ready before my arrival which was very thoughtful. Overall, I would consider my stay a very wonderful experience. The hotel is located quite far from the train station. It took me almost half an hour to get there on foot with my 20 kg luggage!! Also, there is no wireless service at the hotel. |

The staff were excellent, always friendly and ready to help. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were great, as was the view from the pool and our room. It was really good value for money. The buffet breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only thing was that there was no air conditioning in the room which made it a little difficult to sleep at times. |

The view from our balcony was stunning. The hotel is on the edge of the town making it nice and quiet at night. There were not enough deck chairs beside the swimming pool. |

Everything was great -- the room, the hotel staff, the whirlpool and heated swimming pool, the steam baths and sauna, and the free use of bicycles. This is one of the best hotel values I've experienced in a long time. |

Compared to the price of other hotels at this time (start of September), this was by far the best (they had a current promotion rate), with the bonus of spa facilities. After a long day walking, nothing could beat sitting in the outdoor bubbling jacuzzi and the warming steam room! The staff were extremly helpful and polite, stored luggage is ticketed and is kept secure. We booked an extra night after our trip round the mountains to relax and seep well, would stay there again. |

The staff was extremely helpful and were very friendly. The hotel was very clean and we found the room very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel, although not included in our room price, was very good and worth the extra cost. Great location near the Aiguille du Midi tram also. Yep - we didn't spend enough time there! |

The staff was incredibly helpful: I finished the Ultratrail Mont du Blanc ccc & was tired (racing overnight). The restaurant was closed after 2 P.M. I didn't want to go back out for food-too weary & feet/muscles very sore. The desk staff worked with the restaurant staff to get me a sandwich and some ice cream which was over & above effort during their shutdown. I got exactly what I wanted... And they helped set up a shoulder massage in the spa for that afternoon too- neck/shoulders sore from carrying a backpack for ~26 hrs during the race. Also, I was able to go out and be active then come back & treat myself at the spa. I do not know French & was still able to communicate since many of the staff spoke English. Restaurant good. There were a couple of spa treatments that were different than what they do in the us called the same thing; but that was just a matter of knowing ahead of time so I could choose something different (the 'deep tissue/sport massage' was not what I would call a deep tissue massage-it was more a relaxation style massage to my mind; but they provided their version of what that was and it still felt good, just not the recovery generator I was looking for at the time. Very minor. |
