All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Fantastic Hotel and great location. We will definately be staying here again. The Spa is great and there is also a very lovely and refreshing swimming pool. Bus stops right outside and a short free ride to the slopes. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good, but would be nice to have just a little more choice. |

Very helpful staff, nice facilities, several initiatives towards sustainability and an Eco approach. I was attracted by the eco labeling and description and hoped to learn more about this during my stay. Unfortunately little was available in terms of information and the staff could not help much with this. Also, we ordered lunch packs and I asked for a vegetarian meal (cheese sandwich) but received one with Tuna as well as plastic water bottles - also called "branded trash". The hotel should encourage sustainable practices and that should include moving towards re-usable water bottle solutions. |

We got a very good and stylish room for a low price, could use the whole spa like jacuzzi, pool, sauna etc., the service was friendly and good.. was close to a big road which didnt help the atmosphere, altough it wasnt loud at all.. |

The hotel was very well decorated, friendly staff at reception and the bar. Room was big and very comfortable and the spa facilities were a nice bonus. Dinner in the restaurant was a disaster. No ambiance, terrible decor, the manager was poorly dressed and the menu was boring, expensive and apart from the starter the food did not meet a very high standard. Much better to eat at a restaurant in town, one of which we tried at lunch for only 11 euros pp |

This hotel was a lovely surprise in a good area of chamonix. We relied on other people's reviews and recommendations as well as your website. Although we had 3 nights there, I wish we had longer to enjoy the facilities more. |

The hotel was conveniently located for the town centre and the cable cars. It was difficult to get a drink at the bar at night time. On the morning we were due to check out (check out time 12 noon), the cleaner kept knocking on our door from 9am, so much for a sleep-in on our last day of hols! The bedroom was also quite small and cramped. |

The hotel is really new. The bed is very clean and comfortable. I love how the room is presented. It makes me feel like being at home. I arrived before the checking-in time but I did notify them during my booking. They had the room ready before my arrival which was very thoughtful. Overall, I would consider my stay a very wonderful experience. The hotel is located quite far from the train station. It took me almost half an hour to get there on foot with my 20 kg luggage!! Also, there is no wireless service at the hotel. |

The staff were excellent, always friendly and ready to help. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were great, as was the view from the pool and our room. It was really good value for money. The buffet breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only thing was that there was no air conditioning in the room which made it a little difficult to sleep at times. |

The view from our balcony was stunning. The hotel is on the edge of the town making it nice and quiet at night. There were not enough deck chairs beside the swimming pool. |
