Anne and Jean and the staff will help you discover the most picturesque places of Saint Rome de Tarn. Located in the center of the village, this large stone property with wooden shutters hides a secret garden planted with flowers. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and the garden and swimming area well kept. In a beautiful part of the world to walk and see nature at its best. Air conditioning would have been good, but it is an old building so maybe listed building. Surprised there were no shutters as this would have helped to keep the room cool.

Wonderful food, both in the evening and for our personal breakfast made by your very friendly and helpful chef! We have already recommended the hotel to 2 sets of friends. We would always prefer to have a kingsize bed, especially in hot weather when there is no air-conditioning.

Stylish, good swimming pool, breakfast was very good, WiFi Bit of a problem with parking later in the evening as all spaces taken up with both residents and those having meals so when we returned we were unable to park Bed was rather hard for our taste

It was in a beautiful quaint countryside town. We had a lovely room overlooking the garden, pool and out door eating area. The restaurant served food outside in the evening and people were still outside at 1.00am and this room was noisy.

We were pleasantly suprised by the spacious confortable bedroom and used the hotel as a base for exploring the surrounding area ( Millau and the bridge was a pictuesque 20 min drive away). The evening meals were excellent with the added interest of a large indoor fireplace being used to cook the meat. Our stay was out of season, and much of the village was quiet, but I can imagine in the summer this hotel will be an excellent venue to stay with the poolside area being used for outdoor dining. Having read previous reviews, I took our own kettle so we could have hot drinks in the room...I would recommend this to anyone staying for a few days as there was nowhere else to get a drink during the day.

la convivialité,la cheminée,les repas adaptés,enfin tout est bien sauf peut étre le matelas mais pour lui c'est subjectif;avec une autre gonzese ,je l'aurai surement troiver bien.

L'accueil dans ce charmant hôtel est très agréable et d'une bienveillante simplicité, la chambre avec petit balcon propose une vue sur le jardin et collines alentours et en cet saison, c'est le calme absolu ! Le personnel, discret est cependant d'une grande serviabilité et les menus gastronomiques proposés au restaurant prés d'un bon feu de bois sont impeccablement présentés et délicieux!

Es muy agradable y tranquilo, situado en un pueblecito muy bonito y cerca del puente de Millau. En el entorno hay muchas visitas interesantes para realizar. La relación calidad precio es correcta. El restaurante es demasiado lento.
