The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was convenient for where we wished to go in Sete. No staff on duty after 9.00 p.m. Lift erratic. |

Room was large, well decorated and had a good sea view. The no.3 Bus ran from close by the hotel to the town and rail station (€1 each way). The hotel is some way from Sete town and the rail station which needed us to find a bus. The tourist office was tricky to find (and useless!!) as it is in a backstreet of the main town. Being France in October everything around the hotel was shut on Sunday from midday onwards. |

Staff were very friendly & helpfull, some spoke a little english. Rooms were small but clean. The hotel was only 2 minutes walk to the beach, but a long way from the town centre, and public transport was not that great. Shop, bank & laundromat about 500 metres away but not many restaurants in the area. |

Room was comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was varied. The " sea view" was in the distance! The pool could do with a clean. |

Very convenient for the beaches and secure car park Sometimes during the day and also after 9.00pm you required a keycode to gain entry.Also if you forgot to take your key in the evening when you came back reception was locked up.This was not made clear when we arrived but luckily we had our keys and it did not effect our stay at the hotel.The staff were very polite and handled the extra day we required after another booking company cancelled our last night in Carcassone very well.We would definitely stay at this hotel again |

Good facilities including pool area. Pleasant location handy to beach. (3-4 min walk). Nice room with some sea view if on front rooms. Reception staff (in particular, 1 woman) were diabolical. Everything was too much trouble for her. She kept saying "We have a problem" to any request. We realised that she was the problem. |

Easy to find, good location, parking and decent breakfast. No restaurant, but plenty others nearby. No towels in room on arrival, but quickly rectified. Shower height a bit of an issue. Not beach front, but not as issue unless this is important to you |

Pool was fine for a good soak. Five minute walk to the beach. They close the reception desk for an hour at lunch and from 9pm at night. So you better have your key with you always. |

Closeness to beach. The pool was not functional - too early in season !!! - and the restaurant was also closed - again too early in season. |

Resonably priced hotel with off road private car park nice part of town walking distance to beach and a couple of restaurants. Our shower floods the bathroom when taking your shower , I think the shower head was spraying some of the water out the side and down the wall.quite a shock , alot of water. Not a big deal just something to beware of. |

I did not really like the hotel it is more for the summertime and not very confortable .everyhting is too small and the staff barely speak English and are not very attentive. I did not like it. |

Le calme et l'amabilité du personnel à qui j'ai demandé d'allumer le chauffage et qui m'a donné un radiateur d'appoint La baignoire était sale, vieille et pas très bien ni entretenue , ni nettoyée ( rebord avec des traces noires, et cheveux trouvé dans la baignoire... ) j'ai trouvé ça étrange par rapport au fait que j'avais un écran plat dernière technologie qui coûte relativement cher. Si la baignoire avait été vieille mais impeccable, cela ne m'aurait pas choqué |
