The staff were polite and although didn't speak English were very patient and understanding when communicating. Free offstreet parking, good basic breakfast. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

Clean, although somewhat spartan but a good price and given we were so close to the Tour de France we were lucky to get a room anywhere in the Auvergne! Location near the railway tracks, industry and cattle market at Riom es Montagnes is not ideal. However, this a good place for a wary traveler passing through in need of a bed for one night.

Breakfast, It's quiet: no disturbing traffic noises. The complete lack of speaking and understanding English. Not only here: it's rampant in the hospitality industry all over France.

Assez bien insonorisé, personnel sympathique,parking proche, accès handicapé. Pas de restaurant, petit déjeuner peu varié. Tarif du séjour ne correspond pas au prix de la réservation.

Propreté et petit dej. J'avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits de 90 cm .On m'a changé le numéro de ma chambre sans m'avertir et j'ai donc eu droit à un seul lit ,ce qui aurait pu , vous en conviendrez , être gênant.

Chambres petites, confort sommaire, mais en rapport avec le prix. Personne à l'accueil lorsque nous sommes arrivés (11h00 du matin) et impossible de retirer la clé de sa chambre à la borne prévue si la réservation a été effectuée via booking.com. L’hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle, face au marché aux bestiaux (il y a mieux comme vue). Pas de brosse à cuvette.

Ce que je n'ai pas aimer dans cet hotel c'est que durant la nuit vers 3 heures du mat mon lit etait envahi par des fourmis et le sol aussi de plus aucune chaine de disponible dans les chambres il n'y avait que canal plus

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires de l'hôtel. Ambiance très sympathique, on est comme chez soi. Le téléviseur de notre chambre "datait" un peu. Le niveau du son était insuffisant.

Nous sommes arrivés dimanche à l'hôtel. Rien n'était prèvu pour notre arrivée et la réservation n'était pas faite. De plusnous avons du subir la mauvaise humeur d'une emplyée de cette hôtel.
