I like the staff they were very helpful and polite. The room was just right for our family of 3 kids. The room was spacious compared to the rooms I saw in some other places in the area.

It's perfect for what we need to do in Lourdes.It's a very good value for money,friendly staff and close to the Sanctuary, we visit Lourdes twice a year and every time we are there we stay at this hotel.

A family run hotel and they could only but help,i was only to stay for 3 days but stayed for 6..you had your combo for the door and could come and go early or late..a pass for the lift to the hotel(only 20 steps)was provided and there was supermarket 50 yards away..3 Minutes took you to the Lourdes grotto etc and plenty of restaurants etc close by as well.5 Minutes took you to the hills above Lourdes,a beautiful walk on a sunny day.

Accueil excellent, chaleureux, cadre familial, meubles "vivants" et non standard.bonne cuisine simple et "goûteuse", bien présentée. Mon souci pour eux, les travaux à faire. Au prix qu'ils pratiquent, je crains qu'ils aient du mal les à assumer et pourtant,ils le méritent Je regrette que soient mis ensemble dans le questionnaire services et équipement. Car je trouve les services excellents mais l'équipement du type ascenseur, joints du bac à douche et moquette mériterait une remise en état dans la chambre où j'étais peut-être est-ce déjà fait dans les autres d'où mon souci plus haut

Très bon accueil, les maîtres des lieux très sympathiques, très cordiaux, à notre arrivée à Lourdes, ils nous ont guidés jusqu'à l'hôtel par téléphone, car notre gps nous avait complètement égarés. Agréable séjour. Lors de notre départ sous la pluie, notre hôte nous a amené jusqu'à notre véhicule afin d'éviter d'être trempés. A recommander ...

Un hotel familiar, coqueto y acogedor , con un trato estupendo, por parte del personal. La comida es excelente y el hotel esta muy cerca de todo, del santuario, de las tiendas, el funicular y todos los otros puntos de interés de Lourdes. Es un perfecto y romántico hotel de dos estrellas. Para lo que se va a Lourdes, que es visitar y en peregrinación ,el hotel cumple con todos los requisitos. Una cómoda habitación, buena comida casera a muy buen precio y un trato agradable. Si volvemos a Lourdes tenemos claro donde alojarnos-Hotel Luxembourg- Nada negativo. Lo único que recomiendo es a los viajeros muy delicados, que lo miran todo con lupa, que si buscan grandes lujos, que se alojen en un hotel de 4 estrellas ,por que este es un dos estrellas cómodo, sencillo y tranquilo. Por que después vemos comentarios sin sentido y el hotel no se lo merece.

Situé dans un endroit calme et un balcon pour passer du bon temps excellent rapport qualité prix, et chambre tres propre! Les portes bruyantes, la télé qui capte mal les chaines, et si on veut manger a limproviste, impossible!!!!!
