The single room was small, but it was clean. a short walk to reach the Holy Ground. Excellent spot when you drive, good connections to highway. |

Hôtel Luxembourg felt very cosy and homey as if you're staying at ur parents house. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's location is very convinient as well. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if u have one. |

friendly staff, willing to help with every single thing, it felt like being at home yet having a host who can always help you, clean fresh rooms, internet everywhere. Parking at the hotel, easy access to key places in Lourdes. Good quality/price. |

Owners are after money. Advertisement on the hotel is inaccurate. No shuttle service and air conditioning as advertised. Owners say that there is no airconditioning since it is a 2 star hotel only. |

It was Great,it is a Family Owned Hotel and the couple was very polite and helpfull,very close to the church and in the heart of lourdes,i would recommend this hotle 100% to anyone looking for a hotel in Lourdes. |

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the manager. I really liked the place and its situation in relation to the points of interest in the city. One manager spoke perfect Spanish and another English so we had no problem with communication. |

The owners of the hotel were very warm and welcoming. It's a family-run hotel and everybody in the family (the sons including) were helping out, giving the hotel a homey atmosphere. It was also a short walk to the Grotto and the elevator outside going down to street level, past a steep climb, and exclusively for the hotels around the area (which includes Hotel Luxembourg) was a definite plus. Great value for your money - don't expect a Four Season's here. |

The owners and staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great and the food spectacular. I would definitely go back. |

La amabilidad de sus empleados. El trato ha sido muy bueno desde nuestra llegada. Es una gran ventaja que el encargado hable español. La cercanía al Santuario de la Virgen. La limpieza. Anuncian parking y realmente es un pequeño espacio delante de la puerta del hotel en el que escasamente caben los coches uno detrás de otro. Hay que dejarle las llaves al encargado por si hay que moverlos. El desayuno, aunque está bien, es un poco escaso en variedad para el precio que tiene. |
