Good Location, hospitable helpful staff, quite atmosphere, reasonable price compared to other hotels in paris, good service in terms of reservations for attractions in Paris

very small elevator, not great breakfast room located in basement, no bill boy (you have to take your baggage to the room yourself, room ans bathroom are small

The room is nicely refurbished, modern design , clean, quiet location. Free Newspapers available. Hotel staff is nice and smiling.

It was central to most places

The staff at breakfast did not speak any english, also at some points was rather rude, made it very unpleasant and on this point alone we would not book with Hotel Madeleine again

My boyfriend and I stayed here in our first trip to Paris. We stayed for 2 nights and couldnt fault the hotel. Since we were on a short trip we only really needed it for sleeping and showering. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, only about 15 mins walk to the Opera area and Champs Elysees, which we took the Batobus from to visit the Eiffel Tower. The room was nicely decorated and a decent size. The cleanliness was great and we got fresh towels all 2 days we were there. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone, ideal for short breaks in the city or first time visitors.

We did have a problem with the lights in our room. Both nights as we were leaving to go out, a fuse or something seemed to blow and the lights would stop working. However as it was on our way out, we notified the reception and both times it was fixed on our arrival back.

Helpfull staff and the location were good.

Small rooms, tiny elevator, very hard beds, furniture in rooms feel very cheap.

The central location close to many of the well known Paris attractions is ideal. It is also within walking distance of the Opera House where the Roissey Bus operates a nonstop service to Charles de Gaulle airport terminals. The cost is 9 euro eachway which is a lot cheaper than the 35-45 euro eachway charge for a taxi especially for a lone traveller or a couple.

The room was compact but adequate for a city stay, and had a good bathroom. A few more coathangers would have been helpful though.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was in a good central location, convenient for visiting all the main sights.

The Room was nothing like the photo on your website - we left after only one night, having booked it for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and helpful in this regard

room was minature and the bathroom was designed for midgets we had an extra bed in a bouble room and you could not move or use the desk

ça serai bien de revoir l'entrée et la réception de l'hôtel, ainsi que le coin petit déjeuner. La salle de bain est bien grande par contre ce n'est pas facile de prendre une douche dans la baignoire, en effet la par-douche n'etait pas très étanche. l' ascenseur est trop petite , mais je ne pense pas qu'on puisse le changer!!

ho apprezzato molto la posizione, vicino a piazza della madeleine, servita da 3 metro e vicinissima al louvre a piazza della concorde. lo staff che ci ha accolto parlava italiano e la stanza anche se piccola, era pulita.

non mi è piaciuto il fatto che nella stanza dove eravamo noi, tutto sembrava rimpicciolito, al confronto di quella di mio cugino, che era ad angolo, e quindi aveva più spazio... quindi se scegliete questo hotel , chiedete la stanza ad angolo, ha finestra e bagno grandi( per i canoni parigini). la nostra finestra era ricavata nella porta anti panico... ma in compenso un buon albergo....
