A lovely, simple but quality hotel in a great location, with friendly, helpful (and non-invasive) staff. Great bed, great bathroom, fabulous view and just a 3-minute walk from the Loire and the gr3 walking trail. For us, the ideal blend of quality and value for money, provided by really lovely people who offer great service in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended. Nothing - it was a great hotel and we had a really enjoyable stay. In fact, it was so good we extended our initial booking.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was not very big - the choice is limited. Though for France it's quite ok.

Very clean. Impressed with the location. Helpful staff. Not that tacky for this usual type of establishment.

The location was great - right in the centre of Orleans so handy for sight seeing, shops and restaurants, of which there are plenty. It was a little complicated to find even with satnav as the one way system had to be negotiated. However there is a secure public car park very close by (St. Pauls) which was less than 9 euros for the overnight stop (16.00 - 08.30).

Very comfortable bed, and shutters on the window! The shower was pretty dreadful, water spurting out in all directions.

I was quite pleased with the hotel. The room was relatively basic, but reasonably large, clean, nicely furnished. Modern clean bathroom. Wifi worked ok. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Right in the city center, close to tram, restaurants, etc. Everything you would expect in this class of hotel. I would appreciate more options for breakfast (you get 1 croissant + 1 small baguette + jam & butter for 7 eur). There is no 24-hour reception (but you can arrange a late check-in). The "work desk" in my room was quite tiny (but at least there was one).

Basic clean hotel in a perfect location for exploring Orleans. Staff were courteous, room was spacious, and the price was good. Venue was a little boring.

The location was excellent and the room was clean The water pressure was so bad, it looked more like a leaking pipe than a shower. The bracket for the shower head was broken so it had to be used as a handheld. Walls were too thin - everytime anyone else use the toilets in the hotel you can hear the flushing..... Pillows were completely flat.

Great location, nice friendly, welcoming staff, although it's lucky I speak some basic french, as their English is a bit poor. We all 4 stayed in a rather cramped family room & we disliked the tiny little bathroom, ensuite, as the basin was cracked and there was no ventilation at all (no window), no extractor fan, and this tiny bathroom seemed generally in need of refurbushment. It was ininviting & had only a shower, loo & washbasin. The place was otherwise good, the beds were comfortable and very clean, but we were woken very early in the morning by noisy leafblowing machines (!!!) - not the fault of the hotel. The location is beautifully close to the centre, with a nice outlook close to the old town, the shops etc etc, without being noisy or unsafe at night. Orleans is a lovely relaxing place to spend a day or two with children, and this hotel served our economic purpose well.

First time we'd used the hotel and delighted with location. Parking nearby. Room basic but neat and clean. Hotel nicely appointed and well priced for central Orleans. Staff helpful. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

Simple, but charming french hotel. Everything was definitely alright. Rooms with flat tv, wifi for free. Typical french breakfast (croissants,baguette,2 sorts of marmelade, honey, chocolate cream, butter and coffee/tea) for 7€/pers. Was delicious. Due to the hotel: nothing ; Hint for foreigners: better park your car in the near 24h garage instead of at the public parking place next to the hotel. One of our car license numbers was stolen over night :-(

Very small glass of orange juice, lukewarm coffee and just french bread and croissants.
