Great Staff. Perfect Location. Literally right across street from Metro and Port Vieux. Rented a car from St. Charles Train station and drove to St. Tropez and Cannes less than 3 hours away by car for both cities.

Excellent location - quick and easy access to all parts of the city, just a few steps from hop-on/hop-off tourist bus stop, fish market, Old Port and major shopping and restaurant streets. Spacious rooms which is rare for France. The interior is rather simple but functional. Very clean. It's very calm for a hotel with such central location.

As the hotel is not so cheap, one would expect shower gel & shampoo for that price. Otherwise, a great hotel both for a week-end stay or a longer travel.

Marvellous position almost on the Vieux Port. Friendly staff and excellent if small room, greatly better than the average 3***

There were some reconstructional works being performed in the area close to the hotel, so it was a bit noisy in the morning

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The spot is perfect, right on the port, and the rooms are clean and modern.

Great location and views

Too noisy at night when trying to sleep. Noise didn't stop until 4-5 in the morning. I wouldn't stay here again because of the noise.

Fine it delivered what it said on the web site.

Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Clean and efficient room. Daytime staff friendly and helpful. Generally very pleasant and just what we needed in a good location.

More expensive than other hotels in same location. Night staff not very friendly. We were overcharged by the taxi which had been ordered through the hotel.

Just opposite the metro station and very close to shopping centre

No frigo bar is available in the room. No safety box bar is available in the room.

Location was good. Across from tourist bureau beside port. Staff was friendly and easily arranged taxi for early morning departure. Room was clean faced courtyard Nice comforter on bed, easy access to wifi but needed own computer

The room air conditioners did not workwell and turned off in evening so very very hot Very small soap to use beds very soft Had to pay for computer use

This is a nice hotel. With a good location in the city center.

Ideally located and will be fabulous hotel when all the city renovations are complete.

The one thing we did miss I n our room was a fridge

it was a very clean roomy lovely room with a view of the old port. great spot and so easy to get too. staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english.

Well situated at the bottom of La Canabiere this hotel was a typical city base but our room was surprisingly modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good, with lots of choice. Good value. There is no bar or lounge but it's surrounded by bars at the Port and beyond. Go left from La Canabiere around the extensive roadworks around the Port (city of Culture 2013) towards Rue Notre Dame and there is a fabulous square with lots if restaurants. Don't go to the right - dodgy and expensive port side restaurants that I wouldn't recommend to you. Take the Petit Train towards Notre Dame and you'll see a side to the city you wouldn't see otherwise - the Corniche is lovely, picturesque with great views out to the Med.

The reception staff were very helpful, new what we wanted before we did and gave us a comprehensive to do-list for the city. Room was great. Good location in the old port area. Rates I thought were pretty good for the standard and location.

Didn't like the breakfast (optional) and the lady in charge the day we went was quite rude. Only went to breakfast there once.
